ABC Home & Commercial Services did an outstanding job of redesigning, replacing and trimming many of the trees and shrubs on our residential property. They also mulched all of our flower beds, added all new bed border around the trees/beds and then added grass sod in several areas that needed it.Brandon and Michael were always very cordial and professional in handing their day to day business. My wife and I were pleased with the quality of their work. We couldn’t have expected more we were pleased with the overall quality of their work. Overall they represented their company in a very positive manner.

I have had ABC for more than a year now. Definitely glad i switched. All issues I have get handled. I use to stress about pest control as a property manager but, not anymore. A shout out to Jeremy, our technician. Does a great job. Courteous, well informed, professional, and he cares. Thanks for taking care of my tenants.

This service again failed to do what I requested today. In my account it states to call the owner before mowing the lawn. Because of no rain, the pervious day I called and requested not to mow my front yard, only the back. Once again they failed to call me and mowed the entire yard. Plus, it was mowed short, again. You would think that for I am being charged on a per visit amount, they could be a real professional organization. I am not happy and I do not recommend this service.However, I was contacted by management to take care of these issues and I have since asked for more project help.

Gerry did an excellent job hanging a storm door and asked questions so that I was not displeased after he left. He helped me decide which I so appreciated. The ABC technicians are always very friendly and provide great service! They always answer my questions and take precautions to protect my family and my pets. I have also seen a huge reduction in the mosquitoes in our yard since beginning treatment which makes being outside more enjoyable for me and my dogs!

ABC was recommended by a neighbor. Omar came out the next day and was professional, thorough, and very pleasant. He gave me an estimate after thoroughly explaining what would be done. I agreed and the technician, Billy, came out a day or two later and was also professional and thorough. All the access holes were sealed and he set traps. One thing I really like is that they set live traps for squirrels and rat traps for the , well, rats. I heard a couple of bangs in the night, so I’ll bet some of my “friends” are caught. Billy will be here again today, and tomorrow (at least) to check the traps. I am very pleased. The only thing that bothered me is the cost. Much more expensive that I thought, but my first impression is that they go above and beyond on customer service.

ABC charged us $600 to pressure wash our patio, which I sort of understood as it is a large patio, however the job was very disappointing. The technician did not move ANYTHING to wash including our grandchildren’s ride-on toys, the doormat, or even the trash can, let alone the patio chairs or flower pots. When he said he had finished and we went out to inspect the job we pointed out some of the places he had missed and he redid those places without argument, but when he left we discovered all of the other places he had missed. I expected more for $600!! All in all I would not recommend ABC again.

They respond to situations promptly and professionally, and they always have a solution. Their customer invoicing, voice note updates, and emailing are prompt and reliable.

Ryan was quick to address my needs regarding pest control. He was professional and eager to tell me about a special ABC is running. I am pleased with the services I receive from ABC.

ABC services the apartment complex that I live at, I saw a mouse in my pantry they sent out one of the guys and he was super unprofessional he said my apartment was cluttered and was hard to get around which it isn’t! sorry I have a small deep freezer and u have to walk by that to get to the pantry 🙄 I just want to thank the tech that came out your little comments to my apartment manager sent me into a panic attack due to ptsd from my past I definitely won’t be recommending this company to any of my friends and family that have houses in the BCS area

They answered all of our questions thoroughly and courteously. We like the fact that the company is family owned and operated. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Let me say that their field technicians were always friendly and professional, and they did a decent job of keeping pests out of my home. This the only reason I gave them 2 stars. However, their administration, particularly their record keeping is horrible. Several times they contacted me (or sent bills) requiring me to renew when my contract wasnt up yet. Id have to call and tell them my contract wasnt up and that I had paid in advance. They contacted me several times to make payments, only after several times then asking me if I wanted to keep a card on file. Why didnt you ask this the first time you contacted me? I just got fed up with their record keeping and administration. Get a better computer system.

The technician, Gabe notified me when he was on his way. He arrived promptly, was courteous and professional. He explained everything that he was going to do, made suggestions on ways I could improve the situation and answered my many questions. I highly recommend ABC Home & Commercial Services and Gabe.

David has been our technician for many years and, too often, I never take the time to share what a great job he does for us. He is conscientious, always punctual (if he is running behind, he always calls), professional and always does an excellent job - even if we have to call him back out due to an ant issue. The inspection and treatment took 30 minutes and afterward I received a written report AND a audio follow-up. Very professional and we are very pleased.

Im so glad I switched pest services over to ABC. When Niall came by for the initial consultation, he was very informative and even helped me properly identify some insects that I thought I knew, and laid out an easy no-contact service agreement. When Clay came by to do my services today he was very thorough. He did a lot more than the service men from the previous service company I had, and was even very friendly while we talked about it all the whole time I walked him around as he explained the services they were doing. Ill definately be recommending them to others based solely on todays service.

This review is highlighting the irrigation service. The technician who came out was helpful, informative and made the experience an absolute delight. He had everything he needed to complete the service in one visit and walked us through what he was doing and why.The receptionist told me it would be $95 for the visit then a separate call to do the work. That was not the case for us, which was a big bonus. The technician was at our house for less than 2 hours and made many updates to fix our system. I’d highly recommend him.We also use ABC for pest control. They are consistent and effective.

I usually don’t review personal services. I stick mostly to food. However, I think this is something that should be shared. ABC has done our pest control from the beginning. They treated the foundation during the building stage and have done the house and yard since. We have been with ABC for 7 years and while scheduling is problematic our tech is absolutely amazing. Jacob Stevens has been working with us for the last two years and he really does a great job. Some of the things we like is that he does things like pest guys of days gone by. In the old days they called before coming out, Jacob texts. He uses text and cell to check to see if there are any new problems so he can be sure to have the right treatments on board before coming in case we aren’t going to be home. When we aren’t home, he texts again to let us know he is leaving, what he did and if he found something we didn’t and what he did about it. My wife and my mother live him and the level of communication and his thorough application and control of pest. And believe me living in the country we have plenty of pests.The tech really makes the company. When you look for a pest control company you need to think about the tech. I will be an ABC customer as long as I get to keep Jacob.

Super punctual, calls to ask if it’s okay to head that way, friendly, professional, timely & informative! they have a deal where they will come by every other month to reapply products inside & out & if you have problems in between they will come tend to your needs with no charge! our first time using an exterminator & im glad we chose abc!

If more home service companies hired people like John Gossett, they could almost stop advertising. Its rare when you let someone into your home, and they make you feel like you already know them. John was very courteous and also didnt rush the process. He said he would return as the outside was too wet, which I appreciated.

We were really happy with the service we received. We had a serious roach problem (so gross), and we thought we had rodents, too. They came out and evaluated the whole house, and even though the rodent treatment was way more expensive than the insect, they told us they didnt think it was rodents and encouraged us to just try the insect service and go from there. The number of roaches that we see now has decreased dramatically, and the ones we do see are all dead.

My wife and I encountered bedbugs in our cabin while taking a cruise and were very concerned about making sure that our luggage didnt carry any pests back to our home. The ABC rep we spoke to was incredibly helpful and didnt try to sell us any unnecessary products or services. I would use their services in a heartbeat since I believe they are good folks who do business the right way and take care of their clients.

Have had ABC Home & Commercial Services provide annual termite inspections since my home was built in 2004. Service technicians are very professional and arrive when scheduled. They identify any concerns/issues that need to be addressed and give me a full inspection report every time.

My appointment window was 9am-11am. Mark showed up a little after 9am, very polite and professional. Very helpful in explaining what treatments he was going to be doing and what they would help with. Was quick and efficient but I believe very thorough! Will be using them again for sure!

I am a new resident of BCS and new customer of ABC Home Services for Pest Control and just had my initial pest control service. From my initial call to the conclusion of the service visit, everyone I spoke with and/or met has been extremely professional and friendly with a high level of customer service. I searched for about a month and talked with many of the other local companies, but decided to go with ABC because of the level of service they provide. No call goes unanswered, great follow up with calls, emails and text. Once the service call is complete, you are provided a comprehensive list of all products used, along with the amounts, if there are any areas of concern that were found, recommendations on prevention, etc. For me, definitely the type of service I was looking for and expected. Top Notch!

The service tech was very informative as to what all the treatment included. She was friendly and asked if I had noticed any problems. Following the yard treatment she reported what she had noticed. After being with ABC for over a year, my yard and exterior had a clean bill of health! No pests! I have the exterior treated only most of the time and am happy to report that there are no interior pests as well!
