Machines generally work well. Do not use machine #22 or the one beside it. They took over $2 from me and no one was on site to help. These were the traditional top load washers. Slipped a note into office with no response. 😡

My only complaint is that there is only one triple loader that actually works out of the several that are there. Theres so many machines that are out of order -- it would be so nice if they would invest in fixing the triple loaders and other machines that are there and maybe clean the location up some. Ive started contemplating looking for another place to do laundry for the simple fact that theres other locations with more washing machines/triple loaders that work and have staff members there during their business hours and it would be nice if they would even keep the facility cleaner. Maybe hiring staff to be there would help would be a great idea for the owner as well.

While it seems they have a few newer machines, it seems some dont hug the cylinder. My tide pod got caught between the cylinder and door and remained stuck.It is also incredibly hot inside with ceiling fans rotating but you cannot really feel very much air.This is also an unmanned facility as far as I can tell. So you cannot buy soap here. I wish I would have read the reviews and not tried to save time by going to what was closest.

Dont waste your money here, the machines are not well taken care of there is all kinds of leftover detergent in the soap drawers, the washers eat socks. Also they dont even have anyone here to help if one of the machines takes your coins but doesnt run, let alone their phone is disconnected. I definitely wont be coming back and will be telling anyone who needs a laundromat not to come here.

I enjoy coming here to wash. I usually go on a Sunday morning or super early Saturday mornings when its not as crowded. I use only the front loaders and its usually about $2.50 to wash for me and about $.75 to dry. Only thing I dont like is that your socks get caught in the door if you dont use a garment bag and if someone before you uses powered laundry detergent it gets left in the dispenser.

***WORST EXPERIENCE***...WASHED AND DRIED CLOTHES...ONLY TO SEE THAT A LOT OF CLOTHES WERENT CLEAN...DURING THE WASH PROCESS I WAS COMPLAINING TO THE GUY WORKING ABOUT THE WASHERS NOT HAVING WATER FLOWING IN THEM (HOW CAN U WASH WITH NO WATER ?!?!?!) HE SAID THEY WERE NEW WASHERS WITH A NEW 8 CYCLE TECHNOLOGY! LMAO...I GOT MY MONEY REFUNDED FOR ONLY 1 OF MY 4 LOADS AND HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO RE-WASH AND RE-DRY EVERYTHING...SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME PEOPLE!!! GO SOME WHERE ELSE TO DO YOUR LAUNDRY...THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!

If your reading this to see of its a good place to go.......TURN AROUND!!!!! this place is by far the worst. They locked the doors on us at 920 and kept our cloths over night, the phone number doesnt work and they have no hours posted. The ones online are not correct this place is a huge pile!!!!
