Our service has been down now for over 48 hours. During that time, we have not been able to receive any emails, and it is killing our business. We are unable to communicate our issue to GKG, as they have only an outgoing message on their phone, and for us, there is no other way to get in touch with them.

Like other reviews the service goes down all the time. You can NEVER talk to support. The staff that answers the email / phones can not help you, all they say is ill open a ticket with the admin. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review but after 3 month with no support / answers Im done with them.

Hopefully will be up and running well forever after the worst few days black out in the history of GKG! Cmon guys keep it up!

Been a client for 20 years, after today moving my 200 domain names to godaddy

I am one of the first customers. They are never professional at supporting and helping. Turkey is hosting and domain companies have met with crawling LIABLE FOR ANY GKG. The rules are strict to the client, but he is free to take the rules. Therefore, while other companies are growing rapidly, this company remains in the same mold. I cannot write very hopeful articles about advice. I hope they get themselves together.
