Steve is awesome! He really helped me out in a VERY tight time crunch.Another shipping company failed to deliver a bid for me on time (when I checked the delivery status of my bid, I realized they were going to be day late even though I paid for overnight shipping).I called the Dellwood UPS store, as they were located close to my delivery address, and asked if they could print and hand deliver my bid in less than 2 hours. Steve came through for me. I cant say thank you, enough times.

Staff is always nice and helpful at this location. If I have a package where the postage has already been paid for, the staff has told me that I can set the package on the counter and leave instead of standing in line. They also have Notary Public services that are fairly cheap ($5 per document), which I find to be very convenient.

Really great service here. 10/10 recommend. Especially over FedEx local stores having 1/10 service.

I have always (13 years) used this location for mailing and printing. Today I was in a bind and couldn’t get my file to print the way I wanted it to.Ryan came to the rescue and I left him with my file for an hour. He not only printed it, but went out of his way to cut 400 business cards for me. I am so thankful! Yes! Go to this location for mailing and printing! This is not the only time the staff went out of their way to help me! 🥰

Always have been helpful and the mailbox service has been great, it’s nice there is someone to sign for UPS, USPS, and FedEx deliveries for me, and hold them inside the building instead of having it dropped on my porch and hope it isn’t stolen.I’ve seen most of the negative reviews on here aren’t really deserved. Its not the US Post office. It’s the UPS store. Considering the USPS and UPS are competitors, having an employee take the mail to the post office, instead of waiting for the next day, for the mailman to pick up stuff is kind of nice. The employees have always been nice, even when customers get mean with them because they can’t print FedEx labels or create FedEx shipments (it’s the UPS store, not FedEx)This location ended up being more out of the way after I moved, but stayed with this location for the service, instead of moving my mailbox to another location,

The staff & owner of this store are always friendly and efficient. I love the versatile services and attention to detail and knowledge they give while using those services. The staff always greets with a smile and always goes above & beyond my expectations!

Ive used UPS Stores all over the US via phone and email. This store is the best! Great service. Simple process. Friendly folks.

Some of the workers are nice, but I am not satisfied with the way the postal services are handled there. Seeing as there was recently a problem from the review I saw, I felt the need to share my story. One day last week I was running late and dropped off an important mail document late in the evening. I then went to grab some food then on my way back to my car I saw one of the ups workers taking the mail into her own Jeep. No wonder the mail is getting lost. I will not be taking my mail to that location anymore. I will just go out of my way to the post office where I know it will not be in unsafe hands.

Since were at times traveling for several months with our work, we use this store as our mail address. They collect our mail and forward it to us, freeing us from worries. They are punctual and the prices fair. Then, the other day, we needed something notarized. No problem. Were perfectly happy with this store and every employee with whom we have interacted.

Ive used this UPS Store on a number of occasions and have found the service friendly and helpful. Sometimes you have to wait for a few minutes while another customer is being serviced but the wait time is not particularly troubling. I will continue to use this store.

Everyone is nice and helpful but that doesn’t matter when they lose all the mail you send through the post with them. If you use ups to send it out then it gets there if you send it post or you don’t pay for tracking I think they just throw it in the trash

I went to the UPS on Osborne to send a package and was first in line at 11 a.m. Instead of processing my package, they gave me a log-in user name to create my label on a computer. After entering all the information twice, the label still failed to print. To make a long story short, I stood there for 25 minutes waiting for service. While I was waiting for the newbie attendee to take my package, she told the other employee that the computer was frozen up. I said screw it and headed to the store on Dellwood St. I was in and out in about 3 minutes. Ill always use The UPS Store from now on.

Customer service representative at the counter was really rude when I tried to ask for a refund, that I didnt get by the way. I completely understand it wasnt the stores fault about the delivery issue but it is unprofessional to treat your customers that way.
