Recently rented a skid & attachment from Kendal at the Bryan location. Kubota builds a solid product, and it performed well. Some minor issues arose w/the attachment, and Kendal dropped everything to focus on getting me back up and running. Awesome customer service. When I need one again, hes the guy Ill call. Good overall experience, and I highly recommend.

Absolute worst place to deal with. Tried talking to someone about buying a tractor and they acted like they couldnt be bothered. This was last year. Called today to talk to someone about buying a lawnmower...again acted like they couldnt be bothered. This place (Bryan, Tx) needs an overhaul to get people who want to work and make sales desperately.

Very poor customer service at the Bryan store. 2-1-2021 I have not heard from store manager yet. I am glad that Covid has not affected your cash flow. I do realize that customers provide the fuel for your engine. I was appalled by the final invoice for service. That may be the reason that many consumers avoid dealership costs.

Talk to Sean Wilson! Great salesman and a clear asset to the business. It was my first tractor/shredder/trailer purchase, but it was one of the best buying experiences Ive had. The trailer pulls like a dream with that orange tractor on the back. There was a mix-up in the registration, but it was fixed before I was even aware of the problem. Good job WCT!

If I could rate them lower I would! Ive been a customer since they opened in Bryan. Ive spent a lot of money with them, but they have proven to be inefficient, poor in customer service, and unwilling to stand behind their product. Its a shame this business does NOT demonstrate the loyalty good customers expect. Buyer beware in your dealings with WC Tractor and for goodness sake dont buy a Bad Boy mower!!

Went in with what i thought would be a major/expensive issue. The service department fixed it quickly and said it was only a filter and cost a fraction of what I planned for. Dont find honesty like that these days!

Great people to do business from. I had never been their before and they treated me like I was a multimillion dollar company when I bought my SVL75. The service department is awesome also!

We have purchased several large equipment items from WC Tractor. They called our office to let us know that the side by side we purchased two years ago had a recall. We dont keep that vehicle in our Bryan shop, it is in our Fredericksburg shop and not convenient to bring back. Without hesitation, WC Tractor scheduled to have one of their technicians drive up to Fredericksburg to do the 45 minute recall and return to Bryan! the same day. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! Thank you for taking care of our business needs! We are customers for life!

The parts department can be absurdly slow. 10/27/20 I was there from 2:13 to 2:48. 30 minutes waiting and 5 minutes to get what I needed. There was only 1 person ahead of me for each parts employee.

Service work is extremely poor!! Had bad boy lawn mower in to get oil & filter changed. Cost was $133. Mower only has 105hrs on it and is only 2 years old The oil filter is either an old one or it wasnt changed. Looks old dirty and scratches. When they were questioned they said it got dirty on lot and they scratched it putting it on which is a JOKE! Have had previous problems with them servicing a tractor. Problems never seems to get solved the first time have to keep taking it back and always more money!! I would rate them lower if it were possible!! After this I am thru with them. Wil not go back!!

I was looking everywhere to rent a tractor and shredder to mow my property and no rental place in town had one available! I called Randall at kubota, his machine was unavailable but he told me he would do EVERYTHING possible to get me a machine by the morning. He called me throughout the day giving me updates on the machine to let me know that they were working hard to get me the machine. I have never worked with such GREAT customer service before! I was so pleased with my experience. I felt like I was treated like VIP. I highly recommend Randall and kubota for heavy equipment rentals!

We took a miniexcavator to get checked on June 26, 2016 and this morning when I called they dont have an answer of what is wrong and we cant pick it up because they took off some filters and had to order new ones. Every time I am looking for parts they dont have any even the common ones like the oil filters and little things. I have been going to navasota to get my stuff.

Wctractor to the rescue again. Cleaning scrap and brush in bee infested area and break the front door on my Kubota svl75. Thank you to Justin Maxwell and Randal LaBove for getting me back up and running. New door in stalled and back at it within an hour.I highly recommend Justin at WCT rents for all heavy equipment rental needs. I wont take my business anywhere else. The customer service is top , they keep me updated on the availability of equipment and help find ways to get you the equipment you need for any job. Most importantly the guys at WTC rents keep their machines well maintained and ready to go to work, no more beat up rental equipment constantly breaking down in the field. Hands-down the best place to rent heavy equipment in the Brazos Valley.

Not good business people, Bought brandnew implement broke 1st day then they tried to charge me $800 to fix something that cost $500 brand new no sense to be made.
