Found this business through google and was excited to find someone to fix our tv that went out due to a huge lightning strike right near our house. It took slightly longer than expected to fix because there were multiple parts that went out and had to be ordered. We were told a week but it ended up being a week and a half. Not too much longer. Lin helped us unload the tv. So nice having our tv back! It ended up costing a little less than he originally quoted which was nice! Lin’s coworker or wife helped put the tv back in the box- would have been nice if it was already in the box whenever we came to pick up since he knew we were coming- big tv so it was quite heavy! Good service overall and nice supporting local!! Would recommend for sure!!

They fixed a tv of ours years ago. It took a while, as in a couple of months. But they fixed it. So In July 2018, we took a monitor and a stereo receiver. They said it would take a while. We’d had the previous experience of a couple months, so we left them. After several months, we hadn’t heard so my husband went to check on them. The business had moved. It took him a while to find the business. When he did, they said it would take another week and they would call. After more than a week and no call, we called. The answer was, it would take another week and they would call. This went on for weeks and weeks. In July 2019 - a year after taking the monitor and stereo receiver - my husband pressed them to find out what was going on. So they finished the monitor and he paid for it. But they said - you got it - that the receiver would take another week and they would call. In the middle of October, I started going to the business to ask in person. It was the same answer so after two of my in-person visits, they called my husband and offered to sell him another receiver “for a good price” instead of fixing ours. When he said he’d think about it, they said the one they were offering needed some things fixed and it would take about a week and they would call. When they did not call, I went in person again. I asked to see our receiver and after done time, he brought it out without the shell or bottom on it. He agsin offered me the other one that also needed to be fixed and said I could take it if I didn’t mind the things that were broken on it.Soooooo, I brought ours home unfixed after 16 months of promises that were not kept. We will not ever take anything there again. If you do, you will have to stay on them. And remember, they will charge you just to look at your equipment whether they fix it or not. The only reason we let it go as long as we did is because we’re busy, working people who can keep going by a company or calling when they should be doing what they said. It’s a shame because good, honest repair people are hard to find. We thought we had it here in BSC but not with Lin’s TV

I took my t.v. in to Lins with the picture not showing but it had sound. He said it would be a couple of days to fix it. Sure enough, they fixed it and the repair time was excellent. They were really nice. Not overpriced. The guys did a great job! We didnt want to buy another smart t.v. and Lins saved us some money. I highly recommend you go to Lins T.v. repair! Happy client here. Thank you guys so much, Lins!

Didnt fix anything never called us we called them they told us they couldnt fix it then when we came to pick the broken tv up they couldnt find it and still charged us $75

We had our Samsung TV for 3 years and half of the screen went black. We called Samsung and they recommended this TV service company because they are licensed by Samsung. Upon dropping our TV off we agreed to the $75 diagnosis fee. I then received a call and the company told me that they ordered my part and the TV would be fixed. I waited for 2 weeks for an update and no one reached out to us. I then called Lins TV and they advised me that the repairs for the TV exceeded the cost that the TV was worth. I told Lins that I was coming to pick up my TV the next day since they did not do anything to it. When I came to pick up my TV I noticed that the Shop that they run their business out of was extremely messy and TVs were laid out everywhere. The man working there helped me load my TV in my car. I noticed our base to the TV was not attached and I asked him where it was. He wasnt aware that my TV even had a base. He handed me the base to my TV and then threw the screws that were used to attach the base in my hands. I called Samsung to report the terrible experience we had and they basically told us that this service was the best they can offer. Before all of this we were looking at buying another Samsung TV but since this was the experience we had with their repair company we have decided to go with a different brand. DO NOT TRUST THIS TV REPAIR SERVICE.

Took over a week to get a quote on the repair after being told Id have quote day after TV was dropped off. Quote for repair was almost $500. I took TV home, ordered $75 part and had TV fixed and back up on wall in under an hour and I have never worked on one before. Overpriced and horrible service
