If you have a problem with ANYTHING they will work with you to either solve the issue all together or cone up with ways to fix the issue. I have read numerous reviews and worked personally with them for my employers and I can HONESTLY say if you unhappy then you are most likely having a miss communication error. Outside of working with them for my employers Ive personally taken my laptop to be fixed by them. Its a lot cheaper and faster then going to anywhere else.

My account representative was zero responsive to our companys needs. We would discuss changes to be made - these changes were never made. Rep says I never sent what he needed but I was able to pull the information from my archives and resend to him. He promised on several occasions to call for phone meetings - when he did not call and I questioned him - he says our line was busy. I do not see how because we have two lines both of which you can leave a message. No voice message and no email saying he missed me - so I am thinking he just did not bother to call. I guess this company can afford to turn business away.

If you are going for basics and not concerned with design or ascetics, these are good people. I had a wonderful experience my first few months however, when I was getting ready to really brand my company and I had some pivotal points that needed to be addressed, they refused to listen and I paid and lost a ton of money and didnt even get what I had originally asked for. Truly, $3600 down the drain and I didnt get what I had asked for. They have no skill with design. They talk with confidence and it will get you to trust them to get the job done. but then it doesnt happen. I regret not having a contract drawn up stating expectations. This experience has forced me to go to Austin for all website work from here on out. I suggest really doing your homework and look at their work before committing and definitely BEFORE YOU WRITE THEM A CHECK!
