Did a great job drawing up plans for remodeling our house and adding a garage. Highly recommend them.

Had a really bad experience overall with the drafting. Mrs. Kissinger was very pleasant on the phone and we didnt do any design things with her so I cant speak to that. The drafting process and especially communication was extremely frustrating to us. He seemed to take little to no interest in designing our house with the specific things we wanted (which was the reason we wanted it drafted instead of just picking a plan). He did not have an email so all communication went through his wife (very sweet) and then to him. We had to take off work to go over changes with him because he wouldnt meet before 9am, and when we got there it was very obvious that he didnt even read our 5 bullet points or pictures of changes we wanted, making it basically a wasted trip. Was also frustrating that we were asked to send a general idea/plan of what we wanted to his wife to then give to him and didnt want to meet, but then when we finally did meet and it looked like he would have to redo some things he started saying it would be a lot more work and would cost more. After you pay 1/2 to get started your kind of locked in so even having that conversation so quickly was extremely frustrating. In the end we got plans that were not exactly what we wanted but just hoped a builder could adjust because it was so frustrating to deal with and made a really rough start to our building experience.

Before you finalize your blueprints, MAKE SURE it is everything you want. You will be told that your builder can “figure it out”, but your builder is going to build it exactly how the prints are written. I am pleased with the majority of the plans, but that was after I had to push for what I wanted.
