Do not use the vacuums here- today I put in a dollar; the motor to the vacuum ran but there was absolutely no suction.The car wash has worked fine for me, on multiple occasions, but this is not the first time I have had issues with the vacuums.

Best car wash Ive been to so far. Im always scared that the car washes will scratch my car, but this car wash uses water pressure and cleans your car without touching it. My car was shining afterwards! The vacuum cleaners are also very strong. I will be coming back! They also have a pet wash station with shampoo and so many functions that you can treat your pet to.

I am currently sitting at this car wash after putting money in the machine, for there to be not soap to wash my car at any of the washing stations. The people next to me also experienced the same thing. I will not return to this car wash ever.

This was the best carwash experience Ive had in BCS. Its a self service wash, but the owner, Calvin, was very friendly and makes sure his customers get what they need. The touchless wash did a great job of cleaning my trucks undercarriage right after a trip off-roading on the beach! Very pleased!

25 cents per minute with a minimum of one dollar. Everything worked except the spotless rinse, and there was a hole in the foam brush hose that was annoying. The folks at the lube center were kind and helpful, but they would not let us use their restroom.

First time here. I hand washed my car and it came out looking good. I like that when you select a wash mode it says it. Place looks new and clean. Definitely coming back.

Definitely like this car wash! Its certainly a lot cleaner than the other washes Ive been to. Im not sure if this guy named Hot Rod(?) is the owner but hes super cool and Ill definitely be coming back. Also, bring change and/or small bills!

I love this car wash! We went there again today and the owner treated us so great! Hes so helpful and sweet! This car wash is tested daily to make sure that everyone gets way more than what they pay for. He personally makes sure of it. Weve been coming here every time we wash since we first used it because it is by far the best carwash weve ever been to. Thanks yall. And like always. Well be back for our next wash. You guys he also has a pet washing station. Its awesome. Its got everything you need to spruce your paw baby up. Its comfortable for both the animal and the owner washing it. Stop by! Good car wash & vacuums

Just wasted my time and money at this self service car wash. Almost no water came out on pre-rinse. Regular rinse had decent pressure. No foam came out of the foaming brush. Car looks dirtier than it did before. Will not be coming back, nor will recommend this place to anyone. Needs some serious maintenance.

This location has great vacuums and great wash bays. Although I didnt experience the automatic car wash and cant speak to that, everything else was great. Strong suction on the vacuums. It didnt take many quarters to vacuum my crew cab truck. The wash bays were clean. The spray wand and the foaming brush worked well. I was able to wash my F250 with fewer quarters than normal. Overall my expectations were exceeded.

All of the equipment worked and the price was fair. I didnt have anyone shady hanging around like other car washes either, felt safe there alone.

I dont know what happen, but this car wash rocks now. The water pressure is much better than before. The soap brush actually produces a high amount of soap. Before you wouldnt know if it was even working or not. And all of the functions of the car wash work now. And Im not sure what they did to the vacuums, but it will dang near pull your carpet out of your floor board. It got my floor board amazingly clean. Im glad I gave this place a try again since using it last year with bad results. Now Ill drive 10 mins further to use this place, as its nice to have a car wash thats effective at helping you actually wash your car.

I pulled into a bay to discover coins jammed in the payment system, making it inaccessible. I pulled into the next bay and paid for foam and rinse. The foam brush was adequate but the rinse was a fine mist that offered less pressure than the average kitchen sink, leaving my car covered in brushed soap and dirt. Overall, the wash bays look like they havent been maintained in months, and Rallys self-service car wash was a DIY disaster.

The machines here are poorly maintained and often dont work. The manual wash machines are known to eat quarters without even turning on. I usually use the touchless automatic machine, but after I stopped here on a Saturday afternoon and it took 8 dollars without ever turning on, I never went back.There isnt even a number posted on the building to call for assistance or a refund.This place used to be better, but it is becoming a total rip off.

The car wash stopped in the middle of its cycle on me leaving soap still on the car. Spent $5 on the hand wash. Called for a refund and received a free wash coupon in the mail. It turns out the coupon was only good for $8 when I purchased the $12 wash the first time. So Im still $9 in the hole. Looks like Ill be driving across town to shammys from now on.

This place would have been nice but make sure you take your own money. Went to get $30 worth of coins with my card and only received $5 of it!! Then I tried to call the company and no one ever answered. (How typical) So thanks to that I was out $25. 😡

Brought my truck in to get the sand out/off after running the Padre island seashore. The vacuums barely had the power to suck the sand out of the seats, but with $2 I was eventually able to get the inside clean enough. The self service wash was weird, I put 6 quarters in and it subtracted time for one of them, which was negligible anyway. It didnt do a great job of getting any of the gunk off of the paint, so we had to go next door to get change. We also got a micro fiber rag and were able to clean the truck with the left over suds, and that was way better. It ate one of our quarters when we put in for rinse time as well. So they basically stole .50 and then did a sub bar job, and it was all self service. You really leave feeling ripped off

I spent $12 for the 12th Man wash and wax. The brushes were weak and couldnt remove even the lightest of bugs from my windshield and the front of the truck. It was a total waste of $12.

This place is the worst... me and my husband will never go there again.. we went for a $6 car wash.. put $20 in.. did not get our change. When I called the office that same week... they got my information and said somebody would call me back and I didnt hear anything so I called again Nov. 30.I was told they mailed me a coupon for a free carwash I dont want a free carwash! I want my money back! And until I get it we will never go there again and I wouldnt recommend you go either unless you have this exact change they are a rip-off!The only reason they got one star is because if I didnt give them one star I couldnt even post this imagine that!

Pulled in to the automated wash. Paid for the top their car wash. Wash never turns on and the lube place is not affiliated with the car wash so they can’t reset it or turn it on. Waste of time and money.

Didnt have chemicals like SOAP in the water. Was reasonably priced if everything worked though.

Very convenient, fully automated drive through did a pretty good job! I had bugs and such from a 1000+ mile road trip, too.

This is the worst place to wash anything you care about. It took about 2 dollars in change on vacuums that do not work and 8 dollar for a deluxe car wash that only left my car slimy with black soap. Black, because the dirt on my car that I wish was going to be washed away and Slimy, because the soap was even washed off of my car properly. Quite literally he worst wash in college station.

Just lost 5 bucks in the self service bay and cannot reach anyone for reimbursement. But the vending machine says smile you are on camera so I would like my change back please!

Everytime I go there the quarter machine is out of service, the card swipe is out of service, the soap never comes out of the brush, and almost half of the hand wash stations are broke or have quarters jammed in the hole. Awful maitenence.

This place is awful. Half the machines dont work. They either eat your quarters, dont work at all, or keep changing the wash settings on you and wont let you change them back. Spend an extra dollar and go to another self service car wash.

Do not come here! The vacuums say $1.00, but it took $1.25 to start, and to top it off, they have no suction! Horrible! I’d rather pay $2.00 at Ducky’s and know that I won’t get scammed! One star for this place. I’d give it no stars if I could, but it’s one star minimum to leave a review. Take your business elsewhere.
