I talked to Dillon at the front desk. I drove up from Houston (90 miles) to pick up a bumper for a truck. Even though there were bumpers available in Houston I really liked talking to Dillon. He sent me photos of the bumper, was personable, honest, gave me a fair price. I had a few questions when I got there which he answered. He had the part ready for me to pick up as he promised and helped me load it. A very good experience!

Excellent service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed to get some off replacement parts for my truck, and they had them and installed them for me to such a degree of quality youd think it was new. Theyre definitely expensive, but you are paying for excellent service and quality.

Had called to see if there was a part we were needing, the employee who answered the phone was VERY rude. We were asking a few questions and he literally said “why do you have to ask so many questions? Do you think we don’t know how to do our job?” What kind of professional speaks like that? We called again to ask one more question and he hung up. Is it a crime for a customer to ask questions before purchasing an item from them? I didn’t know employees could talk to customers like that. I do NOT recommend this place.

Called about some tail lights. The guy told me they were $75 each used. I made the comment that they were $60 new and I was surprised about that. He replied that those weren’t original and hung up clearly annoyed that I was questioning the price.

The owner himself stayed after closing to make sure I could get my alternator on he even helped with getting my belt back on brought me a bottle of water and wouldnt leave until I had truck running and made sure it was charging. Very rare in this day and age. 10 stars from me.

I tried to call for some information about an order that was placed this month. Lady on the phone rudely kept interrupting, and final hung up on me while I was still asking questions. Incredibly rude. Have not had an experience as a customer like this in quite a while. My company will never purchase from Doggett again. Still cant believe that this is an acceptable way to communicate with your customers.

The staff of Doggett were very helpful when i called to check the price to get a replacement side mirror pfor my Altima. They ordered it and did have it there the following day and even called me to let me know it had arrived . I wrecked my car and contacted my dad who lives 8 hours away, he googled auto parts in bryan/college station, texas, made contact with Keith, who is the owner and they had every part i needed to fix my car, even installed a taillight to make it home to have it fixed. High quality, very friendly, top notch inventory on computers it was totally not what i was expecting when i walked in the office. It was very clear, nice and the service was outstanding.
