I absolutely abhor insurance. I dont understand it. I dont know what I actually need or should ask about. Luckily, Russ is the exact opposite of me. He was patient and kind when my eyes glazed over after the first 5 minutes of questioning. He took the time to explain terminology, benefits, what the numbers mean, the whole shebang. He even did a comparison with my current policy. The experience was supper informative and, dare I say, pleasant. I have had Farmers Insurance through Russ Bevil for about 5 years. I have a renters policy, 2 cars policies and a life insurance policy with him. Bevil Insurance is absolutely amazing! Russ is extremely knowledgeable, and easily understands what his customers, i.e. my wife and our family needs regarding both home and automobile coverages. He reviewed my coverages that I had through an Agent that I grew up with and actually had coverage through her firm for 35 years with another well-known insurance company that also has the word “…Farm..” in it. After carefully reviewing the coverage I’ve had for many years and was very happy with, Russ actually was able to not only increase most of my coverages, but also lower my annual premiums. Although I had to cancel my policies that I had with a person I trusted, it was actually an easy process when I completely trusted Russ and his associates. He ALWAYS calls me back quickly, or returns a text or email, for whatever the current crisis or simple question that I or my wife may have.
