I love knowing I can count on hail star to do things right the first time, especially when there’s such an overwhelming amount of options to chose from to get work done. I’ll never go to another shop if this happens again. Very dependable, professional and easy to work with. Damon and Leslie both made the entire process extremely easy for me. They kept me up to date while my truck was in the shop, gave me a loaner and sent pictures along the way. I knew what was happening at all times and the timeline in which it was being done. Great folks, great work. They did the work exactly as advertised, no surprises, no shortcuts. 100% professional. When the found out the hood had body filler from a previous repair, they got a new hood and used a very good local shop to paint and install the hood. I couldnt be happier with the results. The free loaner car made it super easy.

The BEST Paintless Dent Repair shop in town!! This last hail storm was super bad (worse than last year), so some cars need paint work and that does slow repair times down for those needing paint and body work. But other than that, Hail Star does their thing as usual! Great people to work with, who truly care!

Such an amazing group to do business with everyone was so polite and very helpful my car looks wonderful I didn’t have any problems what so ever, all my questions were answered the communication was awesome, the rental was a beauty as well!! If you need hail repair this is definitely the place to go they even made my headlights look new again believe me when I say they will definitely take care of you!

I cannot tell you how amazing working with Hail Star has been but I will try. The representatives are SO FRIENDLY! They are also very quick. I spent less that 15 minutes total (actually less than 10) completing paperwork. They handled everything with my insurance company. They were also nice enough to contact via text so I didnt have to play phone tag. Additionally, they worked with my schedule in dropping of and picking up the car. The rental car was equivalent to my current car and very nice. And I am just amazed at the repair work. I had sooo much hail damage. They told me one week for the repair and were true to their word.

Is there a reason why every time the truck with the huge hail star logo with the Oklahoma license plate is at a bar they leave a dog in the truck with all the windows up and no air on? It seems like I see them more lately with the dog, as soon as you pull into the parking lot you roll the windows up so you can go drink and not take the dog out. Although dogs are welcomed at some bars you still leave them in the car, this time with the A/C on after animal control cited you. Can you not drop your dog off at home before going out for a drink?

Not what I was expecting due to the great reviews on here. First of the “courtesy rental car” would of been okay to borrow if the car didn’t smell like someone was smoking on it I tried to air it out x 2 days left the windows open and smell never went away I also went to buy air fresheners and that didn’t help either. Also riding around on a advertisement car I felt a bit embarrassed I should of never gotten it because I have rental coverage through my insurance. Plus they charged my insurance for the rental so it’s not a courtesy free rental car. Overall I am giving them 3 for helping at least repair my hail damage.

If anyone would ask me should they try Hail Star i would say yes. I had alot of hail damage on my jeep but now its like new nomore dents on my car. I would like to thank Renee and other workers that helped me out alot with any problems that i had. If it was gonna take a liltte longer i got an update letting me know how everything was going. Very professional company. My truck was damaged very bad from a Hail storm in northeast PA. Hair Star gave me a rental car and the turnaround was about 3-4 days. Truck was like new again. They know what they are doing. Hope your well Damon and Leslie.
