I was in need of a wide wheelchair to rent just over the weekend for a visiting family member. GTB had what I needed, rented by the day, and were very efficient and helpful. I received excellent friendly service.

GTB Saved the day! Needed a part for a wheelchair so my sister could be discharged from the nursing home tomorrow. They had it and for a very reasonable rental price (until DME supplier could replace the original)

This company told me some equipment I needed would be covered by my insurance at 100% they even wrote it down on a peace of paper with my insurance card. Now that I returned the equipment they send me bills for it and also add on equipment I didn’t rent from them. What kind of company plays games like this with the handicapped. I am out of work and on low income disability. I wouldn’t have rented anything from them if they didn’t check first and tell me it’s covered at 100%. If someone at the insurance company said it was covered at 100% on a recorded line then they need to take this up with them.This company is a joke and a rip off I will never do business with them again. I would suggest checking with a good company such as Discount Drug Mart that also rents medical equipment and is just down the street from them.
