A worker here,when I called several Sundays ago was very helpful,respectful,and polite. I had a problem where I had NO Sound,on My TV, and this employee or worker here,went over a possible solution or solutions with me and I was VERY GRATEFUL!!!!!!! Thank You!!!!!! Hi-Tek TV Services Inc are the complete opposite of,Best Buy!!!!!! Best Buy,SUCKS!!!!!! I recommend helping and/or going to places,Just like or similar to: Hi-Tek TV Services Inc.

I took my 65in 4k TV in due to it flashing on and off. They charged me 40$ for a diagnosis fee. Later they said it needed a new panel and the cost would be higher than buying a new TV. Then they asked me if I wanted them to order a new panel or just get rid of the TV. They said they would get rid of it for me. I took it home and considered it permanently broken. A few weeks later I decided to open it up and see what I was dealing with. I noticed within 30 seconds a loose ribbon cable. I pushed it in and WALAH. The tv is perfect. They suck so bad they couldnt even diagnose a loose cable. Or they Lie so bad they was going to steal my TV. HORRIBLE PEOPLE! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! STAY AWAY
