Tijuana was completely rude and acted like she was being bothered by our questions. Absolutely horrible service.

Had to go into the store to have some maintenance done for our cell phone accounts. The staff was very friendly courteous and knowledgeable.

I would like to give a big shout-out to Frank the manager at the Brunswick AT&T store location... I had a sensitive situation with a deceased close friends auto-pay cell phone. After 2 days of getting no where with customer service, I was able to talk to Frank and he got the problem resolved in less than 30 minutes. Recently switched to ATT from Verizon. I needed internet access immediately. Kayla and Derrick both went above and beyond to get me set up so that I could work. A week later when back in town I let them switch over my whole business account. I could not ask for better service. Thank you Kayla and Derrick, you are the best.

Since Ive been down here you have been so wonderful your whole staff has been just right there on the spot thank you thank you for all the help the sad thing was one of your employees sold me a phone that you didnt have a case for I couldnt find a case for the Samsung phone and then I dropped it on the concrete and it cracked and there was pressure cracks in the screen and the the phone would not cooperate and I finally had to go back to my old phone theres nothing wrong with it just got a little bit wet with the saltwater and now I have a phone is costing me $12 a month because AT&T sold me a phone that you couldnt find a case for how can you protect yourself if you cant find a case ordered on Amazon wait 3 days in the mean time you drop your phone this was very frustrating for me and very difficult what I had to go through Iam a long-time customer this is not acceptable

Third in line for an hour to pay bill then I was handed a number to call and pay the bill 1 hour later

Service representative here are wonderful. How do unique situation in which they took time to work at a call center to get issues resolved and cant me out the door with the product I requested. While we waited friendly conversation was had to pass the time.

Ivory is the best! She addressed all my needs and had me in and out of the store in 30 minutes. ❤️

Was there a good 10 minutes, nobody even acknowledged we were there. So we left. Was not but a couple other customers in there. Statesboro at &t. Is the best store so far. Will not stop into the Brunswick store again

Upgraded my plan but it didnt change when my phone plan renewed. Called customer service they were very polite and helpful. They fixed the problem right away even tho my plan had been renewed for a couple of days.

Ive used AT&T for years I love their services however some of their staff same to be underwhelmed was their job which effects the atmosphere and I would assume there sales however there are a few Associates who go out of their way to serve the clientele and have excellent knowledge of their products others not so much

3 because dealt w/then before was really happy for months.went In to purchase phone for my mother and sales lady had no personality rude on her phone. I left and my wife went back and got different sales person I gave description and said not that lady she will get no sale sale from 6 people on my account! Would be 1 star if I didnt know.

Terrible experience. I travel internationally for a living. My phone data was turned off by AT&T to protect me. When asked why did not turn it off 120 months ago as I have had this number and job for the last ten years I got a blank look. When I ask to turn it back on I was told that i had to call another number. A day WASTED. Stay away is my advice

Made an appointment online for 530 on a Monday evening because I was scared I wouldnt get seen after reading everyones reviews. Walked in at 5 and was acknowledged by a rep named Ivory within 2 min. I was put on the list for being helped. Was eventually helped by Joshua all within 5 min of being there. Every rep was helping someone and a few people were waiting. Bottom line I was in and out painlessly which never happens!! And noticed every customer after me was helped timely.

Best place for phones, service always a pleasure. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Had an issue with a brand new screen protector the employee applied on my phone yesterday. When I went to see if they could help, my wife and I received attitudes and a lack of care to assist. When we could be helped by a manager, she had an attitude and even dropped my phone when trying to wipe it off. Glad Im a Verizon customer, because I never want to deal with this unprofessional store again.

Very busy not enough employees. Manager not busy except for staying outside on his cell. He should have been helping the customers that were waiting. I left with no service

The staff is nice and try but were unable to assist with my issues once again I had to call the customer service 800 number.If you are debating using A&T DONT they are a terrible provider.

Great people and I was helped immediately when I walked in the door on a Saturday afternoon. Frank (Assistant Store Manager,) was extremely helpful and friendly.

Worst I was ignored when a young lady walked into the store. I had been waiting 4/5 minutes. Several employees acknowledged me when i walked in. So if you want to be IGNORED that is the place to go.

Morgan was most helpful. She hooked up our phones in no time.

My trip to this store was a doozy. I came in for a new sim card and left with nothing except for inaccurate information. I believe the employee I spoke with was in training.I ultimately decided to go somewhere else.

Seriously ATT y’all need to get customer service reps who speak English as their first language i cannot understand them what so ever. The only reason I have this company is because it’s the only one my apartment allows me to have. I have had so many problems with simple things but the language barrier makes it a huge deal.
