Overpriced same products cheaper in town at other ace and a lot of time its so much cheaper it pays for the trip

BEWARE! Do not use Premier! I met with Premier in June with the understanding that they could print on any wood surface. I spoke in depth with the sales team and their design lead, Robert Conner about the material I was using, the parameters of the project and the file types needed and we agreed to move forward immediately. They did a test project and all seemed fine. I the ordered the expensive wood surfaces in a modest quantity and began placing orders. Right away the alignment wasn’t right and the images were blurry through no fault of the files. It was their inability to correctly use the large format flatbed printer. They THEN said that they needed another format that was at no time discussed in the original discussions and contradicted their earlier requests. Fine. I changed the file formats, brushed it off as growing pains and went forward. I spent hours reformatting files and went forward again with another moderate batch of expensive product. Now is where it gets really bad. I put in orders for multiple surfaces after a discussion with Robert that we were ready to go. I’ve now spent hundreds of dollars on the materials that are not returnable and promised clients orders all on the promise that kinks were worked out. I drop off the materials and provide the files. An hour later I get a call from Robert that they no longer wish to go forward. When I ask why and why did they wait to inform me until after I had already ordered materials and was told that Richard had terminated it because they “wanted to make money and it was too hard for them” although they print daily on wood surfaces much more challenging including literal doors. When confronted, Richard said that although they had committed and led me on that it basically wasn’t worth their time because it wasn’t profitable enough. I asked why I wasn’t told that from the beginning or even after the first run. Why waste my time and worse money on materials if you already knew you didn’t want to bother with it to which he just apologized and said they were washing their hands if it. I have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism and I will be letting everyone on social media know as well as seeking legal action for damages. DO NOT USE THEM as this was morally and professionally unacceptable.

Richard and staff have consistently offered fast friendly service and high quality product. I recommend Premier for all types of printing.

Jason was a great help with all of my printing needs for my cheesecake business and dog treat business. I ordered a custom stamp from them as well as food labels and I could not be more pleased with all of their work. All the staff is friendly and willing to help with even the smallest printing jobs. I would highly recommend using this place for all your printing needs.
