This is a great place , But it a little bit pricey & it would helps hold lot if prices was less.

Store was ok. But gas station bathroom looked better then theirs. So gross and dusty. Water from faucet would only drizzle out so no running water. Not like we’re in a pandemic and I can’t even wash my hands properly.

This was my first visit. I loved the color choices and selection. They had items I would use when decorating my house. I cant wait to go back.

I ordered two items on line for Curbside pick up scheduled for the same day. I received the confirmation email that the order was ready. I had added my husband as an alternate to pick up since I wasnt sure if I could do it. He arrived at the store in the late afternoon and called the store as directed to let them know he was there. He described his vehicle, which is unique and would be hard to miss. The person said they would be right out. He waited 20 minutes before going in to see what was taking so long and all the employees were standing at the registers talking. He told them he was there to pick up and they said, oh, yeah, its right here. picked it up off the counter RIGHT NEXT TO THEM and handed it to him.I will not be using this store ever again! Terrible customer service.

We love going to Party City. They usually have everything we need. Today was a bust though. We saw a Panda birthday themed plates, etc and went to the store. However they were out of it. It pays to shop early. We did find other Panda items for my daughters birthday party. The store was very busy and the staff professional.

Party City is always awesome, theyre open earlier than most stores in town and thats a huge plus! They always have all the party stuff you need or costumes around Halloween!

This place was out of just about every small costume and most medium. We couldnt find the service lady and when we did her walkie talkie was dead and she didnt bother getting a good one she just laughed about it. The customer service cashiers were very friendly and helpful.

Ive been in the store two or three times and each time no one has even asked if I would like some help. The displays were usually in between resets which made it more inconvenient. I was only looking for candy so that was a quick grab but I think it would be better if their displays werent always in the process of being taken down and reset. At least not during Prime retail shopping hours.

Large store that has lots of stuff! Plenty of party supplies and its well stocked. Hope you dont need help finding anything though!

Have what you need, but at elevated prices. My daughter spend $10 on a balloon they had at Walmart for $4.95. Worth if theres something you cant find anywhere else.

Staff were great during our ordering process. Unfortunately, at pick up, 1 balloon wasnt tied in with the rest & flew away, 1 mylar balloon was either under-inflated or inflated a couple days before, 1 just mysteriously popped in open air - very disappointing for our sons birthday :(
