My husband and I were extremely pleased with the fantastic experience we had at this Verizon location!! It was THE best customer service experience we ever had at a mobile phone retailer!!! MATT and ZACH were outstanding!! Knowledgeable, patient, thorough, friendly, welcoming...all-around amazing at what they do!!! I would highly recommend this location for all of your mobile phone needs!!! There is no reason to go anywhere else!!!

We received outstanding service at this Verizon location. We came to them with a complicated problem and Robert, Matt, and Dale showed exceptional patience and flexibility. They listened to our concerns and worked hard to address them. They devised a creative solution to the problem we were having that allowed us the time and flexibility to consider our options before making a decision on whether to change plans, and then they worked directly with Verizon customer service to implement that solution. Overall, we were very happy with the level of dedication and know-how they demonstrated.

Do not go to this store! Went in a month ago to get a new phone. Was told I would get $400 off for the trade in of my old phone. Said I would see it on my next bill, did not happen. Have a business line with 3 phones, bill was $130 a month. Told me my bill would only go up $20 a month to go to 5G, went up to $290. And they switched all the lines to individual plans without my knowledge.

If I could give aero stars, I would.Went in for a screen protector, next thing, salesperson wants to look at my phone, not saying why or for what purpose. Comes back with an unsolicited offer too good to be true. While there, bashing people who own Apple Products. That is not how you sell products and services. Never again will I set foot in this store.

Verizon retailers in Brunswick. You gotta go see MATT! This guy is like hanging out with family. He will go above and beyond for you. Was very happy with him and the entire staffs customer service. Yeah sometimes you have to wait, but if its with a fun group like that who cares. Small price to pay for the best phone service you can get!!

This past Sunday (Yes, Easter), I crushed, (and I do mean destroyed) my daughters iPhone. Lo and behold the Brunswick Verizon location was open. I cannot express how thrilled we were with the superior customer service. Jeff, not only assisted us in replacing the aforementioned damaged phone, he went out of his way to recoup any lost data, find discounts on our current plan, and even found a way to credit us. Great customer service! Highly recommend! My husband and I walked in with 2 very old very damaged Note 5 Samsung phones. We knew it was time to upgrade. Jeff and Sam did a wonderful job helping us pick out the best phone for each of us and accessories to match. They gave us all kinds of information about each phone and really spent the time answering our questions, transferring our pictures over and letting us know some tips and tricks about each phone. We usually go to the Medina store but from now on we will be going to the Verizon Brunswick store for all our needs and questions. Thank you so much for all of your help!!

So I ordered the I phone 12 pro through Matt and it came today. He helped me with my plan so I could save $60 a month. When he updated my phone I had got lost in the switch and I was told that I would be without a phone for 24 hrs until the ticket got cleared. He was not having that! He worked on my issue for almost 5 hrs.He wasn’t ok with how Verizon tech support was treating me so he kept calling until he got it figured out. Also the multitasking he does is out of this world. I am definitely recommending him and he is know my one and only phone guy. I won’t even call customer service any more.

Matt was incredibly personable and helpful! I walked in to trade in my iPhone 10 for a new iPhone 11 because my 10 had developed a mind of its own and was constantly self selecting items, taking random photos, kicking me out of apps, freezing, etc. I made a comment during conversation that Matt struck up to keep me entertained while I waited my turn in line about how much I use Google and he then asked me well, if you use Google so much, why do you have an iPhone?. That simple question led to him explaining to me how awesome the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ is and before I knew it, Matt was patiently teaching me how to be a non-iphone user after 10 years! Its been two days and I love my android!! Matt helped me tremendously and was both pleasant and funny the entire time!

It was a Groundhog Day miracle!!! Guy was so good he can activate a phone on accident day after day after day... If you know what I mean.Not sure who helped me early today, we were both working on this but we put our heads together, him on the Verizon side, me on the AppleID password reset side (Turing off find my iPhone) to return my iPhone 7, and get the buyback deal. You had the exact latest phone I wanted. I’m flabbergasted!I have been to many Verizon stores, this is the very best. I’ll remember this experience everyday!

My family and I had a horrible experience at this Verizon this past weekend. The associate who helped us purchase/ upgrade to a new iPhone was manipulative, deceptive, and sleazy.First he told us that the only way to trade in my old iPhone was if we were to trade it in for accessories. We really wanted to make the trade in value count for something so after he pushed a bunch of accessories we would never use onto us, my husband was smart enough to look at the policy online. For those who don’t know, the trade in can be used for a bill. The associate acted like he didn’t know what we were talking about initially but then admitted that we were in fact correct.He then added things onto our plan and onto our new phone that we did not agree to. He never even covered the charges with us. It wasn’t until after my husband reviewed everything on our app (because things seemed off) that we saw these extra charges.Lastly, we told him multiple times that we would not be purchasing the wireless charging pads and when it came to check out, he had a charging pay he was ready to scan.I’m very disappointed in this Verizon store and will not be returning.

Excellent customer service! Meredith accommodated by appointment time very graciously as I was early. While she was completing paperwork, Brittany took care of activating my phone. Tom ( I believe was his name) was great too! He gave a little assistance to Meredith when needed but was absolutely wonderful! With Meredith being a newer employee I admit I went in with low expectations but left a very happy customer. You dont find many teams like this and I can say I will now go back since this story had employees who excel at not only their jobs but also have excellent customer service skills.

Cant say enough!!!!! Absolutly outstanding. Called the Brunswick store because the Brecksville staff had no knowledge of how to fix my Samsung Galaxy watch even though it was bought there a year ago. They gave me a Samsung Help line. I am 70 , and not that tech savvy, so I decided to call another store. The girls told me that they were not taught how to fix the watch which I cant understand since they sell it. Zach was so sweet on the phone and told me to come in. I was there 1 1/2 hours. Not only did he work on my watch and fix it, he sold me this phone. He is a great rep for Verizon. Thank you Audrey Marcellino

Very rude and immature employees/management. Was in this store today. Talked to the general manager. He and his staff were more interested in watching the football game they had on then helping customers. Manager was chewing gum while speaking with customers. He told me the half off the Pixel 2 when you trade in a phone offer was already expired (I had to show him it had not). He then refused to redeem Verizons offer because money is owed on the phone with my prior carrier. However, he would allow us to use the promotion where they pay off your phone with the prior carrier which would result in my trade being worth $150 less. Whats the difference? He then got on the phone and laughed at us with the person on the other end because, He already knew the answer. However he intentionally explained the situation to the person on the phone incorrectly to validate his point. Again, this was the general manager! I guess Ill be going to AT&T.

Recently, we went into the store to upgrade our iPhones. We worked with Dom. We compared models and asked about a million questions! All the while, Dom was patient, courteous and informative. The check-out process was complicated by a computer system which “went down”... twice! Again, Dom was patient and forthcoming with updates. He went above and beyond the entire time, ensuring we were taken care of and apologizing for the significant delay (even though it wasn’t at all his fault!!). He was a real class act. We highly recommend Dom to handle your business. He is a consummate professional with superb customer service skills.

My wife and I wanted only to know if we could simply swap the SIM card from our current phone to an older phone, because our current phone had developed some issues. Robert helped us way beyond the norm. He explained that swapping the SIM card was easy; and then he offered to review our account to see if we could save any money or obtain additional services. He immediately noted that I was eligible for a veterans discount that would save me almost $80 a year. While he was transferring all the contact information from the current phone to the old phone, he answered my questions about the HUM device. He spent over an hour and a half helping me understand the capabilities of the HUM program, helped us find several discounts and sales that we were eligible for, and at the end of almost two hours, we had several new services, a new HUM device and a new Tablet for almost no additional monthly fee on our bill. I am very impressed with Robert; I have no idea how the prior reviews could be so bad--our experience was absolutely perfect, and far more than I get at most other retail stores.

So my Galaxy took a nose dive into the washer took it into the Brunswick, Ohio Verizon store to see if they could help. Yes they helped Matt had a machine in the store that can dry out the Moisture from your phone (I was the 1st Customer to use this machine) and yes it worked, I recommend if a Verizon store offers this protection take it. So main reason I went in is to get the Galaxy switch to a iPhone got that done with no big issues (not all contacts went over) but did get all photos (remember Galaxy got drowned in washer). Next day my iPhone wouldn’t call out and all calls coming in went to voice mails. Went back in Matt was able to fix my issues again. So in two days was able to get my iPhone working twice and got life back into my Galaxy so I can get my life off that phone to put on the iPhone. Matt thank you for all the help you gave, please everyone go see Matt!!!!

Driving through town, I stopped at this store to quickly pick up a charging cable for my Samsung S9. I told the salesperson what I was looking for and he grabbed the cable and we went to register to checkout. He asked me for my phone number - (okay), then asked for my pin - (why do they need my pin to buy a charging cable?), then asked for my address - (why do they need my address to buy a charging cable?). So I laughed and asked why they need my address to make the purchase... he quickly flipped around his computer monitor and said I need your address to give you a receipt. So, I expected to quickly walk in, purchase the cable, then be on my way again; but instead I had to wait a few minutes and was fleeced for my personal information. I was not happy about that experience, but that wouldnt have been enough for me to write this review... the worst part of it all was that the cable (one 6-foot cable only) was almost $40! I stupidly assumed that the price, including markup from the third party vendor, would be $15 at the most. At least the cable worked...

I was swapping out a phone on my verizon plan, and the website told me I needed a new SIM card. It was free on the site, but I would have to wait a few days for shipping. On my way home from work, I stopped at a BestBuy and they were selling them for $20. The salesman at BestBuy told me to go to Verizon because they would be free if I had a plan with them (as the website said as well).I arrived in the Brunswick store, and did not even get an acknowledgement. There were three customers ahead of me, and after waiting 20 minutes, I asked another person if there was a sign in or if I needed to grab a number. He alerted me that hed been waiting a while, and that I was behind him. It wasnt worth waiting for, so I left.As I got in the car, the salesman came out asking what I needed. I told him that I needed a SIM card, and he started to disagree with me telling me it would be useless. I told the salesman that I went through the process on the website, and I knew what I needed. At that point, the salesman said, Oh, Okay, I can get it for you. It will be $29.Not only did this person lack customer service skills, he was blatantly trying to rip me off on top of it. What a joke. If I never walk into a Verizon store again, I will be a satisfied person.

I liked verizon, but because of irresponsible people who has dollar signs in their eyes to get it anyhow, makes me to rethink to use this provider, neither recommend to others! Dom took care of phone upgrades last month and the entire process was a breeze. I had a horrible experience at this location a couple years ago and was really hesitant and nervous about going through it again. Dom was honestly so incredible. He talked through everything with me, made sure I understood exactly what was happening, and took care of every single element involved from making sure the new phones worked and had all our content, to putting on phone screens for us. Would highly recommend him in the future. And, unlike my last experience, there were no surprises on my bill, and everything he said hed update and change, he actually did! 10/10 for Dom. You wont be disappointed. I hope hes still there the next time I need an upgrade :)
