Did a great job cleaning up after a toilet supply line broke. They were quick to assess and start cleaning up the water and affected belongings. Communication was pretty good and people were very friendly.

I’ve worked with this company for a couple years and they have always treated me and my guys good.

Because if the quick and professional service of Trey Bell our home was saved from worse damage and thousands of dollars more damage! Detailed, professional, compassionate. Tim Aurand with Puroclean out of Ohio started a job for a friend of mine down here in Lake Charles, Louisiana after Hurricane Laura hit and while taking out damaged walls and ceilings of her house, they damaged the good walls, flooring and ceilings. Before Thanksgiving they set up fans and humidifiers and they told her they would be back in 3-5 days to turn them off and continue the job, but they never came back! She was able to get Tim on the phone a week after Thanksgiving and he told her he was flying down here that week and her house was his first stop (I heard this conversation myself on speaker)....that was 2 weeks ago and now he will not answer her calls or text messages. I gave this company 1 star, but I wish there were negative stars offered! WOW, WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS??

Thought their team did an absolute excellent job when my basement flooded. The attention to detail was top notch and I really appreciated their communication throughout the whole process. At one point one of the workers helped me out by giving me a breakdown of everything they were doing to preserve the quality of my basement. That’s the personal touch I appreciate when I pay businesses to do a job!

Very knowledgeable staff and they did an excellent job! Tim knew exactly what needed done in our situation and I felt very comfortable with him working in my home. The office staff did a great job with paperwork etc. I would definitely call them again if I needed any restoration or disaster clean up!!

Well we worked for them in lake Charles and have been waiting to get paid for the last 3 weeks. About to get evicted and no one is returning our calls!!

They did a great job for me. The previous owners of our house had multiple cats and dogs. I’m allergic to both. They cleaned our carpet before we moved in and I have had no issues!

I wouldnt recommend anyone use this company for any reason. The guys who did a job was great and nice. But management a horrible peoples. They will give you any story just to sing a contract. They told me that I don’t have to worry about price because they will working with insurance on price. But on the end they just put number on paper with out talking to Insurence. Than what is different-they pressure you to pay. So it’s two story’s-before sing and after. Plus 3-4 months later I did call them about coming and fixing their work because one piece start following down-nothing happens. Just OK,OK,WE WILL COME... So I paid other peoples.

Our business was broken into and vandalized requiring the ins and outs of 3000 sqft to be cleaned by hand. We had fire extinguisher discharge over the entire store and the team at PuroClean not only worked tirelessly to get us back and operational that day but the way they presented their process and made additional efforts to make sure everything was taken care of quickly showed me that this was not just a business transaction for them but they viewed themselves as a service PARTNER helping folks in their most desperate time of need.

After a kitchen fire, my kitchen, hallway and bathroom were completely destroyed. Most of the interior of the house was damaged by smoke and required a complete renovation. Outside the foundation of the house, PuroClean nearly rebuilt my entire home from start to finish. They cleaned, demoed and rebuilt the structure including framing, installing insulation, drywall, plumbing, ventilation, flooring, painting, trimming and every finishing touch. The PuroClean team was flexible and responsive throughout the whole process. I recommend PuroClean for any restoration job, big or small.

If I could give this company a zero I would. I got work done in November. I have had problems with the that was done and had been trying to contact them to resolve the problems. They came out and looked and I havent heard from them sense. Horrible communication. I was also told when I needed to remove my stove to replace that sense I couldnt get it out with the door frame on the door opening by my stove that I could rip it off with a crowbar.. and they would fix it.. they havent fixed anything. Horrible..

The employees were friendly, helpful and respectful, however the billing and payment systems are slow and theres a 7% fee to pay with a credit card.

I wouldnt recommend anyone use this company for any reason. They screwed up almost everything possible after they were hired to help with a catastrophic fire in my home. They not only didnt do the work they promised to, but also caused more damage to my home in the process of completing shady work. Now, they are making up lies regarding communications with my insurance company regarding billing and have hired some guy named Jeffrey Hennen, who is some sort of fake collections agent, to threaten me. They took thousands of dollars of property from my house to clean and store, which they have charged my insurance company thousands of dollars for, and now they refuse to return it. They are holding my personal property hostage, and refuse to return it (i.e. they stole my stuff.) If anyone is contemplating hiring this sad excuse for a company to help with anything relating to a loss you and your family have incurred, I would highly recommend choosing another provider. Please feel free to contact me and I can provide you more details about this childish company which can be described as no better than a bunch of incompetent thieves. **FYI** They also appear to be manipulating the review system on Google - there is currently a review from Melinda Morris below - this is their office manager, and the main contact person in the company, thus her review posted on Google is 99.99% fraudulent. If that is how this company chooses to represent themselves to the public, imagine what they would do if you entrusted them with your property in a time of real catastrophe...
