Hendricks Family Dentistry is a great place! Everyone in the office is extremely friendly, especially Amy in the front. They take their time cleaning and explaining everything to you. You also get a compete facility tour if it’s your first time there which was really neat. Dr Anthony was very thorough, informative and friendly. I highly recommend Hendricks!

Great experience from the moment we walk in the door. We are greeted with friendly smiles and helpful front desk staff. It was my sons first trip to the dentist and the hygienist was great, she answered all of his questions and showed him how everything worked so that he wasnt afraid and knew what was happening she even let him touch and feel how the tools worked to reassure him that it would not hurt. Dr Hendricks was the same way, very patient with my son and all of his questions.

Wow what an experience. This dentist office breaks the stereotypes of dentist visits... It had been a while since my last cleaning and I was expecting ridicule, extra charges, anger and frustration.. What I received was exceptional customer care at every step of the process. The facility is clean, organized and well put together. The front desk staff is pleasant and professional, the dental staff from the assistant to the hygienist to the dentist are top notch professional, and focused on the experience. Im floored at the over the top commitment to satisfaction and experience. Ive found my familys dental office.

I have been going to Hendricks for about 12 years and love it there! Everyone there is very kind, professional and compassionate! My children go there too, and actually don’t mind going to the dentist! I have always seen Dr Jamison, but the last two times I saw, their new dentist Dr Frys (spelling?) She was very nice and did a great job! I have been to a few different dentist in my life, but no other place compares! I highly recommend them!!

So I have major dental anxiety. When I lived in Texas and then Michigan, I used to schedule my dental appointments around trips back to Ohio. Then my dentist retired. I did not go to a dentist for a few years and was recommended to Hendricks dental by a good friend of mine because the dentist I was taking my son to wanted to put him under anesthesia and do 4 fillings on baby teeth. I brought him for a second opinion and they were WONDERFUL. The previous dentist for my son basically refused to send over his x-rays, so they retook them in the office. Dr. Jamison said that he in fact didnt need ANY fillings at all, that he should just start rinsing with fluoride mouthwash and he did not charge me for the new set of xrays or consult. I was shocked. This put me at ease enough to book my own appointment. They are so kind and thoughtful. I trust them so much that I do not have to take my anxiety medication before my appointments which is HUGE. Ive been coming here for two years now and recommend the practice to everyone I possibly can. I cannot say enough good things about them.

My family and I have been going here for years and have never left not pleased. Everyone from the moment you walk through the doors till you leave is so welcoming and friendly. The waiting room is cozy and comfortable but you never have to wait for long. Niki who helps clean my teeth always has a smile on her face and it’s so nice to catch up with! Dr. Hendricks has been the best with perfecting my smile and making the visit comfortable and run smoothly! They really do make you feel so cared for and couldn’t ask for a better experience with the best knowledge!!

My husband is NOT a fan of the dentist. His previous provider retired so I told him to join me at Hendricks. He LOVES it there, as do I. The entire staff takes their time to get to know you and provide the best possible care. They provide a personal touch that makes all the difference! If you have need a Dentist and we all do, the place to go is Hendricks Family Dentistry. We’ve gone there for a long time now and it obvious not only are there two excellent Dentists, they also have to be great employers because there is no turnover with their employees. So you actually get to know people and vice versa. Their prices are as reasonable as you can expect from a Dentist and they do excellent work. They make your twice a year visit enjoyable. Hendricks Family Dentistry goes beyond the average dental office to serve their patients. When you walk through the door, you are welcomed with a warm smile. Hendricks Family Dentistry wants their patients to be comfortable and realize there are so many people out there who put off going to the dentist out of fear. I admit, I am one of those patients. Unfortunately doing that for years and years, I had to pay the price in the long run. Thats why Hendricks Family Dentistry goes the extra mile to try & give you the most comfortable experience. They hygienists are amazing. You will be given a list of options to help you feel at ease. Some of the examples are but not limited to Nitrous oxide (better known as laughing gas), wifi, your chose of cable tv selections, warm blankets, etc. Heck, I even take advantage & use the nitrous oxide for just a cleaning. The dentists genuinely care about their patients. The dentists are honest with. They listen to their patients & will never give you a sales pitch or pressure you to get your money. I agree, dental problems can be very expensive from cavities to crowns to root canals. I was very relieved to know the dental office can do a crown in one day and not have you come back a second time. If you cant afford your procedures, the office can refer you to finance company or make monthly payments.Dont be like me & wait years before going to the dentist.I highly recommend the dentist and office staff at Hendricks Family Dentistry

Bryan identified Dr Jamison as one of the very best in their dental class at Ohio State.Dr Jamison, Dr Rogers, their dental assistants,Hygienists, and front office staff are all friendly, professional and very effective in their care of patients. I have received regular preventive care, a couple of crowns and successful treatment for a challenging issue with one of my molars.Believe it or not, I look forward to going to the dentist and I am never disappointed.
