The gentleman, Lee Miles, who took care of us was amazing. He did everything to make the experience easy and affordable. He took his time and covered every detail and answered all of our questions in a professional and kindly manner.

If you want a truly memorable ceremony for your loved one, use Edo Miller and Sons. Not only is their building and rooms beautiful, but everything they do is first quality. Everyone of their staff is polite, and kind, and helpful, when you are feeling your worst. They allowed us to plan our own service for the funeral, which included FIVE songs, and they cued every song perfectly. My favorite thing they did, which I did not know they were going to do was, my husband was a Law Enforcement Officer, and other officers were there in uniform as Honorary Pall Bearers. When it was time for my husbands casket to be removed to be taken to the hearse, the Edo Miller employees had all the other officers get up and go to the back of the building, where my husbands coffin would go out, and they all stood in formation, honoring my husband. It took my breath away. None of the family knew they were going to do that. But we were so grateful for this gesture. EVERYTHING that was done at and by Edo Miller was above and beyond our expectations. I will always refer people to them and I will use them again if the need ever arises in the future.

We were extremely pleased in the service and support we received from Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home. We did not feel rushed in making decisions even though we knew they were very busy due to Covid deaths. There is nothing we would change except we wished our moms mouth had not looked so stretched out.

Our loved one was put to rest in a family plot in a cemetery about two hours away from Edo Miller funeral home and facilities. When we arrived, the staff had already prepared everything for us, so it was very special from start to finish. Even though we arrived a little later than expected, the staff were so sweet and respectful . . . A++ all the way!

My brother and I lived out of town. Our father passed on a Sunday and left no arrangements other than to be cremated. Our family’s entire experience at Edo Miller and Sons was a blessing. Especially during this pandemic. Our mother passed on 31 March. We weren’t able to have her services until 25 July. I contacted staff so many times with questions and concerns and always was given answers and solutions. And treated kindly and professionally by all staff. I can only say great things about Patty Daughtry. She told my family when we met with her to let her handle everything, and she did. She was a true professional in every way. Edo Miller is the most expensive funeral home in town and the staff is horrible. All they care about is selling the most expensive package and they rush you in and out like cattle. It was all about the paperwork and getting their money and getting you out of there.
