I have had many upper endoscopies performed by Dr Sharma over the last 10 years, the test needed to be performed yearly because of my Barrett’s esophagus. Dr Sharma is a straight up shooter and doesn’t sugar coat one bit, he’s very professional and will spend whatever time is needed with the patient so that before the Dr leaves, the patient is well advised. Hands down I trust Dr Sharma.

Was to be the 2nd time for coming in for a colonoscopy. Wondered why the 3 page Questionaire Form had to either be returned via snail mail or faxed, just like it was the 1st time. Seems like the office worked out of the 1980s. When I brought up with the office that I couldnt get through with the fax number provided, they gave me another one. I asked for an email so that I could scan and return the completed forms. They refused to give the email out. I then complained to the Office Mgr. about all of this. She admitted that the forms could have been completed online in my Patient Portal. I was stunned. Nobody in the office ever mentioned that process today nor when I came in several years ago for my 1st colonoscopy. It was as if they never knew about it, but only the Office Mgr. Untrained staff for sure. I told the Office Mgr. the reason I am done doing business with this place as a patient was primarily because of one thing: INCOMPETENCE

Have been working with Dr Bashir at DDC since September of 2020. Was part of my care team at Cleveland Clinic (Medina) during my stays there in September of 2020 & January of this year. This organization is top-notch. From the Doctor, to the Nurse Practitioner, to the Med Assistant, and the staff from check-in to those involved in the procedures......you know youre in good hands. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to be treated for digestive issues.

Everyone made me feel at ease & comfortable during the procedure I had done today. This practice has their office & an outpatient center for noninvasive procedures in the same building. They are located on the Industrial Parkway off rt 303 east of I-71 exit ramp. This is not a real large facility, however, they have been at this location for many years. The doctors here specialize in gastroenterology & have many years of experience in this field.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr DelRio. I have been dealing with stomach issues and he spent a good deal of time figuring out whether it was a part of another medical diagnosis or something else. After an endoscopy and colonoscopy he found the issue. Put me on a drug regimen that has done wonders.Will also say i become extremely anxious with any type of procedure. Dr DelRio and i discussed and as he promised, upon arrival the nurse and anesthesiologist were aware and immediately made me comfortable.I highly recommend Dr DelRio and his staff. They were wonderful...

Very disappointed with this place. The only thing they care about is the $$$$$$$.I was told one thing at my consultation then after the procedure was conducted I was billed for a procedure that should have been 100% covered. Tried to call and work it out but the people in billing didnt want to work with me on the billing issue. Truthly I believe they are bordering on insurance fraud and whats sadd is this tends to be a huge issue now days amongst medical professionals.

Whatever this place has in medical knowledge they completely lack in bedside manner. You will never get a same day appointment no matter how much pain you’re in. The best you’ll get is “The first available appointment is in 2 weeks” or “Go to the emergency room.”

Dr. Del Rio was very kind and listened to all of my questions and concerns. I have seen a handful of GI doctors and most of them were dismissive and uncaring. Dr. Del Rio allowed me to express all my concerns and he kindly answered all my questions. His initial exam was thorough and he asked plenty of questions to better understand my history and symptoms as a new patient.My procedure with Dr. Del Rio went very smoothly, unlike my first procedure with a different doctor. I expressed my concerns with complications I had with another hospital, and Dr. Del Rio and his staff adjusted my medication to better suit me. The staff were all very kind and reassuring and they even called the next day to ask how I was feeling. By far the best patient care and experience Ive had!

I had a great experience with Dr Sheneen I was in alot of pain struggling with some issues and from the first visit I felt supported by Dr Sheheen. He identified my issues and put a treatment plan in place. After less than 3 months I am 100% better. He talked to me with so much respect and listened and responded to all my questions. What a compassionate, smart caregiver I highly recommend him and their office They deliver high quality experience and expert advice!

I was recommended to this place from a friend, this was going to be my last try with conventional medicine, hoping I would get a doctor that actually cared. I have been sick for a few Months now and have got no luck from doctors except them writing scripts and sending me on my way. I have been dealing with reflux for a few months, met with dr Sharma, had an upper gi done and diagnosed with a hiatal hernia. He wrote a script for a PPI drug, handed it to my ride after procedure and said to come back in 2 months. So I never even discussed anything with the dr. I have been trying to contact his office for 2 weeks now after the endoscopy and still very ill. No calls back, No information, nothing. It is sad to personally witness what our medical industry has become. I have not met a doctor that has actually tried to figure out the root of the problem other then prescribe meds. Ppis are dangerous to the body, and are also a billion dollar insustry. I have now turned to a holistic approach to try and figure out what the root cause is. Nutrition is a huge component in a lot of these digestive issues and sending me with a piece of paper with a little information was not helpful at all. We have to be advocates to our own health. Please don’t walk into a doctors office and put all your trust in them. Be your own advocate. I will not recommend this doctor and go back. A lot of these digestive diseases can be healed, not with a PPI. The staff and nurses were great.
