I took my Mazda in last week for a routine oil change and found out that I needed more work done on the rear brakes. I like to understand what is going on and the team was more than accommodating to my wishes. In fact, they were patient and willing to entertain all the questions I had, of which I am grateful. Thanks to Bill and Devin at the desk and Josh the mechanic who works behind the scenes to make it all possible!

Not saying they did bad work just feel they could maybe contact the vehicle owner at some point throughout the time they have the car to say what is going on i got plenty of messages reminding me of the appointment, i dropped car off on sunday for the monday appointment got a text saying i could contact them with questions well it was later monday and i texted to find out if car was done i was under the impression job was a one day thing well they answered it would take 1 to 2 days well monday was 1 day Tuesday was day 2 and on Wednesday after noon I decided to text again and they were finishing up. Why didnt they contact me Tuesday and say we ran into a snag and it will be done Wednesday or just something without me prompting for an answer. Also go to pick it up and nobody around found a young lady possibly dosing off because i startled her as i walked up just the whole thing was so wierd. I have had my car here before and they took great care of my car and communicated the entire time with out me even asking maybe this is the new customer service experience that I experienced this week.

A very modern showroom with easy access to a major freeway. Staff is very helpful and will give you top value for your trade on a new Mazda. Spacing is mandatory to keep you healthy. All personal wear face masks.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Ryan and it was the best experience. But, it does not just stop with the sale of the vehicle. The service department is awesome as well. They always greet me by name and keep me updated on whats being done to my vehicle. They are fast and courteous. I highly recommend this dealership! One of the best dealerships we have ever worked with.

Had a great experience with Ryan Hart, go see him!!!!! He was very helpful and personal. Filling out the online application for credit was amazing, quick and headache free. Everything was ready to go when we got there and Ryan worked really hard to make sure that we were happy. Loved it!!

Cant say enough good things about this dealership and Joel who helped me.I outlined what my current situation was, what I was willing to put down, the car I wanted, my monthly payment. He made it work - no haggling. Had the car warm, cleaned and ready to test drive. Paperwork was filled out prior by him.. I was out of the dealership in 1 hr 15 min and that included the test drive.

What a good experience with the service department! I took my Mazda6 in to get some recall work done. Making an appointment was easy online. Dropoff was easy and they housed my car overnight free of charge. They also gave her a nice wash even though my recall work was free so I wasnt actually a paying customer. I think for the first time in my life, I took my car in for repairs and wasnt told that I needed or was pressured into $1000s in other repairs. I got an FYI about one thing but it truly was just an FYI for the future. Ill be back when its time to upgrade to a new vehicle.

Dont go anywhere else for your new Mazda. I worked with Ryan and he made the entire process so easy from the minute I asked for information online to the moment I was picking my car up.He treated me with respect and even offered some accessory options I had not thought of that are very helpful to me and my wife. I never felt like he was trying to up-sell me anything but he just listened to what I was using my Mazda for and had some helpful hints because he drives one as well.I plan on coming back for all of my service and sales in the future, as long as Ryan is still around.

My car needed to be repaired, and I towed it to another Mazda dealership first. My experience speaking with Brunswick Mazda was so much better that I towed my car a second time so that Brunswick Mazda could work on it instead. Jaron in the service department helped me, and did a great job throughout the entire process of helping me. Not only did I get incredibly friendly service, the first dealers quote was beat by 45%! I saved hundreds even against the cheapest aftermarket shops estimates. Id recommend Brunswick Mazda even if its location is not as convenient as other dealers.

Untrustworthy. I had our Mazda CX-5 serviced here three times since we purchased the car from this dealer. I pay for the regular service which includes a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, fluid top off. The first two times I didnt bother to check if everything was done before leaving the dealer, but when I got home both times I noticed that the windshield fluid washer was not topped off. So it made me think, what if the tires dont get rotated and are they using synthetic oil? For the third service I marked the wheels to check if theyll be rotated, and to my surprise they were not rotated, my marked wheels were still in the same position. I also opened the hood, and the windshield washer fluid was not topped off. This kind of service makes me question their honesty of work behind closed doors, I see these types of things happen on the internet all the time and wouldve never thought Id experience this at my local dealer, and the sad part is this location was just opened about a year ago. My next test will be to do an analysis on the oil they use to see if its actually synthetic which is what Im paying for. People, dont be so gullible into believing that your getting honest service done. Anyone can put on a smile and show you on paper what youre being charged for, but it doesnt mean theyll actually perform all of that behind closed doors, good way to save time and money for the company by taking advantage of customers who dont understand much about car maintenance. This is why I have a really hard time trusting any of my vehicles with dealers or shops. If Im paying for a service, I expect everything to be done 100%, and if theres something that a tech notices that doesnt need to be done then inform me and dont charge me for it.

My husband and I walked in to the Brunswick Mazda with cash in hand today to purchase a new CX-3 and not one person acknowledged us to even say hello. We walked around, looked at the car in the showroom, sat inside it...still no one came over to us. Bad customer service doesn’t even begin to cover this place. We will take our business and our money elsewhere!Don’t waste your time at this dealership. Our time obviously wasn’t important to them and we will gladly spend our money somewhere else.

After not wanting to play the new sales game they want to play in Erie we looked online for a CX-5. Found Brunswick Mazda with there online pricing, the online price was $1,200 less than Erie for a 2016. Thank you to our salesman Ryan, polite honest and really knows Mazda. He is not your typical car guy, he wants to sell you whats best for you not whats best for him. Well worth the two hour and fifteen minute drive, and yes this Mazda has Cali emissions.Thank You,Jeff SantosErie, PA

We had a great experience at this dealer. We had gotten in touch with the salesperson over the phone about leasing a Mazda 6 before going in, and she had given us the best rate in the city. When we reached there, she already had our top color choices pulled out and cleaned. She had our application already reviewed and all things ready to go. We did get into a bit of a hiccup when we realized that we were missing one important document, and therefore could not completely finalize the deal the same day. But they still let me go home with car with a dealer plate. In between, my sales person kept me updated through out with progress on my application. And finally (a day later) when my application was approved, we went in and were out in no time. She also gave us some extra miles on the car for the inconvenience and refilled our gas. Totally would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a Mazda- their showroom isnt the most swankiest, but the prices you would get are totally worth it! Our sales rep was Mary Jane- make sure you get in touch with her.
