The ladies here were great. They were very busy but the receptionist I think I heard them call her Precious was so fast getting the patients in and out. Erica drew my blood and she walked me out. It was a very nice visit and customer service was awesome. After reading these reviews I was nervous going in but these young ladies were great. There was a man in lobby saying these ladies are always nice and I had to agree. My visit was last Monday morning and it was nice.

I went to a different company to have blood drawn. After sticking me twice she said I could go to the hospital or come back another day. I went to labcorp and they got me in quickly and Erica had blood taken before I could get in the chair. It was painless and they were cheerful and courteous.

The waiting room is especially hot. Thermostat set on 78* during the end of June. With all the viruses going around and through a pandemic I would think to keep it as cold as possible, other than that.. pleasant as lab work can be

The worst customer service ever by your front desk receptionist! Was greeted with an attitude with a Point to a kiosk to sign in. Told I had to fast, when my order CLEARLY states no fasting. She rolled her eyes and said - “your blood work, not mine” Asks me for $198 up front - now, I have a primary and a SECONDARY insurance. I questioned the charge and she gave me an attitude for the THIRD time. I got my lab order and went to the hospital. I’d rather pay out of pocket else where then be treated like that. Don’t waste your time here.

Lab Corp in Brunswick never had a problem.. been going to this location for several years.. staff had always been friendly and personable.. never had a problem with billing.. very gentle on there sticks as well.. never a wait either.. highly recommend!

Rudest receptionist ever! She was rude to me and my husband. She clearly doesn’t want to be bothered with patients coming in. She rudely points to a kiosk to sign in and acts annoyed that I asked about signing in. She decided to have a “private phone call” to tell whomever she was speaking with that she wasn’t rude. She then proceeded to state that it’s common sense blah blah blah referring to me not speaking loud enough. After hearing her “private conversation” that was loud enough for the entire office to hear, I let her know just how rude she was and I could get service elsewhere! I’m assured she heard that loud and clear! After going to the car upset my husband went back in and let her know how rude she was as well. I guess she didn’t like hearing truth, and she decided to run out the door cursing at my husband and yelling that she was calling the police on us. Well, she did and she decided to file a report of trespassing. Good riddance because I do not want lab work done there after she was rude!Labcorp you need to do a better job of screening your employees and make sure they can greet someone coming in the door rather than make them feel unwelcome and talking down to them! All in all, hopefully this heifer learned something this day! Not everyone is going to take the garbage she spews out!Bottom line terrible experience! Save the rudeness and drama - just go elsewhere! I waited 5 days to write this review and never do this sort of thing but after reading other reviews it’s apparent I’m not the only one experiencing this kind of treatment from this place!

They tell you not to come in unless they have received orders from the doctor, but its almost impossible to get in touch with them to find out if they have the orders. I called and left a message and never received a call back. A week later I called back again and stayed on hold for 30 minutes while she checked and when she finally came back to the phone, she said they didnt have any orders in spite of the fact that my doctor said they faxed the orders to them on 3/25/2021. Staff with whom I spoke was curt and not helpful at all. I would give zero stars if it was possible.

If youre reading this, please understand that most people only leave reviews when theyre irritated or have a bad experience. Ive been coming to this Labcorp location for 2 years now and I cant brag enough on how (1) professional (2) personable & (3) sweet the associates are. I was nervous as could be this AM about getting my blood drawn and not only did they calm me down, I literally didnt feel the needle at all. 10/10 would recommend!!

Office Staff is normally nice. Whoever is in charge of billing is terrible. Billed about 4 xs the average cost of lab work anywhere else. I paid about 2/3s of the bill and called for a break on the last portion owed which was more than I had paid for same lab work somewhere else and wouldnt even honor a previous discounted rate. I will turn everyone in I know away from them for the lack of care in the billing dept.

Great overall experience. Easy check-in - no paperwork to fill out. The staff was courteous and easy to talk to.Side note: At the time I went (8/4/20) google showed the building as painted brown. It is now painted white.

Staff was friendly but incompetent. I had insurance and a doctors order but I had to pay out of my pocket for simple blood tests. After 2 weeks, my doctor called for the results but Lab Corp had mixed my blood tests with another patients. The doctor said they told him they would reimburse me for their mistake but the billing department refused. I believe this borders on malpractice and/or HIPPA violation.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! I was a walk in and did not have to wait long.

Always a nice staff and gets people moving pretty quick. I am a hard stick usually and they get me first try every time. Thank you!!!

Today at Labcorp was a much better experience than a year ago. Everyone was nice and professional and I left with no black and blue arm!

Originally I gave a 1 star for the experience with a rude staff member on the phone. However, visiting and having my services the women in the company I am impressed. After passing out during my first visit they now make sure to accommodate me each time. Thank you!

I cannot understand why Lab Corb headquarters does not do something about the personnel in the Brunswick office! The reviews are terrible! They must still be making a lot of money and have no interest in how their employees treat the public. Shame on Lab Corb!

Staff is VERY rude and unprofessional. I work in healthcare and that is not how you treat patients. I felt very irritated and uncomfortable.

Mrs.Jackie Culver is one of a kind on the fact that she got a vein that no one ever has . she is amazing. One of a kind, if you problems with veins she knows what she doin thanks Mrs. Jackie for not hurting me she deserves a 5 star. Il They are very kind and friendly, the lady at the front desk so polite and always smiling, the girls in the back or awesome I am so hard to draw blood but they get it no problem. Its always so clean, and its very fast in and out thanks ladies for making my visit so pleasant all of you deserve a stars

The office staff are rude and unprofessional not helpful at all. The lab tech was friendly and professional. I so wish i insurance would change where we could just use any place for labs. This place is a nightmare all the way around

I had kinda nervous going for lab work after I’ve heard some complaints about this facility. My experience definitely was not the same. The staff was soo friendly and sweet! Best of all the phlebotomist got me on the first stick, that usually never happens.

My daughter left here today in tears after waiting with a sick 2 year old for two hours to be told they couldnt do the lab work the Doctor sent orders for. Not sure why they made an appointment for work they couldnt do so I decided to look at their reviews. Well that said it all. This place needs to be closed down.

I went in for a random drug screening..The staff was very unprofessional...Loud talking about personal life...They were playing and telling jokes. Before I left I knew that one was ready to get off and eat pork chops. The Gossip was unreal. I have never experienced that in a medical office..Very disappointed because I also work in the medical field and it was very disturbing to witness.

Because of an insurance issue I called around Brunswick to find which labs charge the least for lab work. LabCorp is the best; the hospital is the worst. I dont mind a little wait. The staff does a good job considering it is a walk in service.

The receptionist with blonde braids is absolutely awful. I couldn’t get her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag and she never greeted me. She was more concerned with her paycheck and not getting paid for work than she was anything else.

You would think a place that opens at 7:00am, the employees could get to work before 7:00.. I have to get there at 6:40 just so I can get in line behind 2 or 3 people already there. Then when you finally get inside they have to turn on everything so you wait more.. this place is rediculous! If my insurance was accepted at the hospital I would not come here.. it’s sad that this is our healthcare system!

Rude, crude, and definitely not in a hurry. The customer service is nihl, the bedside manner is nihl, and the only good thing I can say about this place is location. I have to use this place because it is the only man in my insurance network. So, I am stuck with mediocre health care at outrageous pricing.

Where do they get these people? I can not believe the attitude these people have. I walked out and will go elsewhere.
