M-Five rescued our kitchen/first floor remodel project from a cabinet retailer whose construction arm had delayed our project for four months. From the first visit by Josh to our home to write a proposal, everything during the planning process was great. The proposal, estimate and our agreement was submitted quickly. Once materials were being ordered, there was constant flow of communication on status or any additional discussion. Oh…and the job started on July 27, the exact date Josh said it would. Not a single delay like the other company did.As the actual demolition and construction started, lead Brad and his crew were terrific. Two walls were torn down to create an open floor plan, thereby expanding our kitchen. After each day, we were so glad with the day’s progress and how the crew would vacuum and clean so the house was as livable for us as possible. Brad was great at summarizing the day’s work and asking for feedback (usually with options for us) on a myriad of decisions or updates a project like this involves. He also would let us know what the next day would entail and when it was going to impact our living conditions. In short, the entire crew worked hard and did a great job.There were a few examples of “going above and beyond” too. Thursdays are our garbage day. Several times after the job started, our recycle bin would be rolled back into our garage by the crew. That was an unexpected nice gesture. In addition, Brad several times helped us lift our lawn mower into the back of our SUV on the days my wife and I would help our daughter mow her yard nearby in Strongsville.We simply love the results of our new kitchen, bathroom and the entire redone first floor. It has transformed our home (of 33 years and counting)! We are thrilled with the results and are so happy we were directed to M-Five Construction when we were. They were all such a pleasure and so easy to work with.

I love how our bathroom remodel turned out. We had to remove a wall, move electrical and change plumbing. Paul and his crew were very professional, responsive and friendly. They helped with the design and thought through every last detail, keeping me closely in the loop throughout the project as things popped up. I definitely recommend M-Five!

We are very pleased when they installed our farmers sink and butcher block island. They made sure everything was installed correctly especially the plumbing part. Even though it was a small job for them, they took it on and did a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend M-Five!

We hired M-Five to install new flooring through our whole first floor and remodel both downstairs bathrooms. The house looks like a brand-new house! I normally do not write reviews but I had to share the outstanding experience I had with M-Five Construction. I spoke to multiple companies before deciding to go with M-Five because good, honest, reliable construction companies are so hard to find. Paul was great in taking the time to explain how the entire process would work. Also, I was given options to take care of some other wish list items while the guys were there which made the upgrades more efficient and ultimately saved me money. The guys were professional, courteous and best part of all - CLEANED up everyday! I had to wait a few weeks to get put on the schedule but super glad we did and these guys are really good so it doesnt surprise me that their busy.
