FANTASTIC!!!! And this word does not do my experience with TPS justice. They were wonderful from start to finish. Great work and the price was on point. They gave me a courtesy vehicle while my car was being worked on and gave me flowers at pick up. Talk about feeling special. LOL. I have never had a better experience with a shop! I would recommend that everyone take their vehicle to TSP. Professional and personable all in one.

If you are looking for an honest, fair, and affordable service center... you found it. TPS goes above and beyond for their customers. I have dealt with them for years through work and recently took my wifes car to them for some tires and alignment. Dave (my all time favorite mechanic) found a few other issues on the car and immediately brought them to my attention. He didnt push me to fix anything, but rather offered his advice. I trusted him and Im glad I did, the car drives sooooo much better. He got the job done quicker than I thought was possible and the price was amazing. The cherry on top is the flowers and candy I was given by the owner to take home to my girls! This place is everything an auto repair shop should be. I cant recommend them enough.

Incredible customer service! While traveling, our car picked up a piece of metal in a spot that could not be plugged. We found the nearest tire place,TPS, and in addition to inspecting the problem, they put the spare on so we could make it home, at no charge! While that may not be everyones experience, they won a future customer with that gesture!

TPS always goes out of the way to provide good customer service. They were busier than I have seen them in the last 10 years, but was still able to slot me in and provide a timely assessment of work needed.

I dropped my truck off and was told that I would have it back by the end of my work day..I called at lunch and was told that the needed to do some test to find out what the issue was..the test was 119$ not to mention the cost to fix the issue..so I asked if they tried to bleed them his response was if that was the issue we would have done that. So I decided not to let them work on it, brought it home and bled my brakes myself and they are just fine..I fell like they were trying to take advantage of the situation because it happened on my way into work and they knew I was desperate.

This was my first time using TPS for my tire needs and I am very pleased with their business! Everyone was kind and professional. I was in and out with new tires on my car in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be a return customer in the future. Thank you!

VERY professional and very good at what they do. But also, just as important, they are very personable. Rob explained everything to me and made sure I was ok with everything before they did it. They took very good care of me and now have a customer for life! Not many shops will deal with foreign cars, but they did a great job with my bmw. Thanks again!

Awesome and friendly company!!! For 3 years in a row, I have rented a Cruise America RV from TPS and have had a wonderful experience every time. The manager is very nice and understanding. Two years ago, my dog ran away while traveling across country. Even though there was a customer waiting for my RV to be returned, the manager understood that I needed to stay to look for my dog. 3 days later, my dog was found alive after living in the woods and crossing an 8 line highway. TPS fully supported me and understood that family always comes first. They were wonderful and I will always give them my business. If you have dollars to spend, spend that money with a company that respects you and understands that family comes first! This is a great company!

So I have a flat tire on the way to a job interview down the street. I stopped and they were able to repair my tire at a fair cost. They could have said they were too busy but, when I was done with the interview they had my car waiting and the tire fixed. On top of that they gave me carnations to take home. Great customer service!!!!

Absolutely brilliant.Me and my dad dont have a lot of money so when we need tyres , we know were to go.My dad also has a mobility scooter.He was in a bit of trouble in the area with one of the tyres so they stepped in and helped him out.They even work on a Sunday which was ideal for an emergency repair for me to carry on with my pizza deliveries .Fantastic !

TPS repaired my car at a reasonable cost. I would recommend them for repair work. The Service Consultant was pleasant to communicate with and listened to my concerns. My car runs great now.

One of the best auto service shops Ive been to. Had my 2012 Yukon dropping into limp mode with a short circuit code for weeks, in and out of the dealership because they couldnt figure out the problem. Even after making recommendations to the dealer service team they still couldnt figure it out. Called around to a few local shops I was referred to by friends that werent willing to look at it.Called TPS and Dave over the phone was very reassuring, I could tell he had the experience with not only GMC/Chevy vehicles but similar issues like this. It took Dave and his team less than a day to find AND fix the problem - a loose wire that had rubbed through and was causing the short. A problem the dealership spent weeks on, and I specifically asked the dealer to check the specific wire that was damaged!!!!I received pictures and full documentation and the Yukon runs like a dream now. On top of that they gave us a thank you flower and some candy, absolutely top notch. Hard to come by honest and quality business these days, give them a try!

These mechanics are the real deal. They fixed my jeep and my wifes cobalt and they both run great. Thank you TPS for a job well done.

I required towing service & tow truck was right on time, did a great job of getting my dead Jeep to their location. Everyone very polite and everything went very well. They determined what was the problem, got a new alternator installed, not a rebuilt. Cost was as expected, no surprises. Great friendly place, will definitely go back for all future needs.

Excellent service, very friendly and honest. Took my truck in for a oil leak and it was fixed Same day. They also went out of there way to do a full inspection on my truck at no charge. Would 100% recommend.

I went here for an oil change. I seen an ad for a special price.... I expected to be overcharged for “shop costs” or any type of hidden fee like Every garage out there. They DID NOT do that. I was charged appropriately. And I had popcorn while I waited. They didn’t even come out and give me a list of things wrong with my vehicle like other places do. They seem like an actual honest business which is like finding the Easter bunny when it comes to mechanics. Great job! You just earned a new customer!

I work in Brunswick and I was looking for a place to get my car repaired. TPS Tire & Service came up when I googled places in Brunswick. I called and they were able to get my car in the same day. I really had no idea what was wrong with it. When I dropped it off I explained that the problem. The man I spoke to said they would look at it and call me back. They called me back within the hour and explained the issue was brakes and rotors. He also gave me the price quote. They were able to do all the work affordably, and they said it would be done the same day. All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My car feels like new again and I will continue to use them for any future car needs. The service was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable Business.

I came for the first time to the shop and my first impressions were the shop was very clean and seemed organized. The mechanics waved and smiled even though I never meet them before. Inside I was helped the second I walked in the door with with a smile. I gave them a massive request of work on a short notice and they gave me a quote that was very reasonable for a first time customer and they also were able to complete the work faster than I thought. They even updated me along the way with the progress of the work telling me how well it was going. I was very confident my truck was in good hands. They even recomended the best quality parts for me. Overall a great shop usually the bigger shops dont care about there customers especially young ones Im a 20 year old boy and they treated me like a paying adult customer and were very professional I liked that. Totally recommend them and will continue to go back.

Best repair shop around! Ive taken 2 cara there and they also do amazing service and come under quote. They arr super nice and helpful. Loaner cars available and free wifi when you need to wait. I had a damaged tire with a nail. Took it to them and they found 2 holes. They fixed it at no cost!!! Who does that any more? They do! I know that wont cheat me and will only suggest services I actually need!

A few friends recommended I take my vehicle to TPS. They were able to fit me in at short notice. The exhaust system on my car was noisy and in need of repair. Also it litterly fell off when they put it up on the lift. I greatly appreciated the honest opinion on the necessary repairs. Looking forward to bringing my other vehicle by in the future.

Terrible shop. Had over $3,000 in repairs done to my vehicle there. They did not resolve the problem, and only created more. The first time I went to pick up my truck, there were still parts missing off of it. After I finally got it home and looked under the hood, it was clear there was no attention to detail, sloppy workmanship, etc. They did attempt to take a 2nd look at my vehicle, but then turned a blind eye to the problem, and after all the major tear down/rebuild work they did, I am now facing additional problems that were not there to begin with. I will never go back.

The staff at TPS are extremely friendly and professional. They did an awesome job with my exhaust cutouts and got my car in and out of there quickly. Ill definitely be taking my car back to them if I need any other work done!

Wow! It is seldom I write a review but this extraordinary experience merits one. I took my truck in Monday June 3rd to repair a slow leak in my back right tire. I took my 2 year old with me and expected to wait a while because I just dropped in without an appt. The workers were timely, efficient, generous and kind. The total experience took 15 mins, they gave my son a bundle of candy and two flowers for mommy with a “Thank you for your business” ribbon tied in a knot, holding the two flowers together. I reached to pay and the gentlemen said, “no worries, keep us in mind for any future needed vehicle care”. Wow right?! When and where do you get this customer experience these days?! When you pull in to TPS, you are likely to see a mix of commercial trucks, performance cars, RVs, and classic cars. It seems like work on just about everything, so you can feel pretty confident that they can fix your car.Not the typical repair shop. They are very friendly, with a nice big clean waiting area.

After failing to repair my car correctly they said theu would fix the problem. I went 14 days without a loaner car and the problem wasnt fixed as promised. I said something about their poor service and they said that they no longer want to do business with me.

I drove my vehicle to TPS approx 20 min away from my home for a new clutch after having my car for 2 weeks they finally tell me its ready for pick up I get there pay for the repair try to leave and my car wont start at all so now something is wrong if I drove it there with no issues pick it up and it wont start .... so of course they were friendly and quick to diagnose another problem my timming chain was stretched by 7 links witch he explained is damn near impossible so about 2300.00 and 4 weeks I finally have my car back and making an appointment to check the work they did !! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE 2 👎 down

They are not always the cheapest but the work is always done right and they dont try to get you to do things that dont need done. If youre looking for a garage you can depend on for good work and fair treatment this is the one.

I was raped by their prices. $325 for a tire and used rim. $25 was labor and $300 for a $60-ish dollar tire and $140 for a used rim that looks used. You should keep looking for another place if you need service.
