Need to file a repair claim for a customer who isnt local to us to make it more convenient for the customer (who is 2 miles away from this shop). Was having trouble with their alternator, spoke with one person and made an agreement about repairs but TODAY. I spoke with a DAN , he was absolutely rude, didnt even try to help and was rude to the customers THEN he proceeded to say well yall can come pick the vehicle up , we do not want to deal with it then hung up on us. I wouldnt recommend this company even if it was the last shop on earth thats how poor customer service is. SMH. if I could give them a negative,I most certainly would.

I had an oil filter from a boat engine, I just could not remove. I stopped in and the grey haired guy working there (didn’t get his name). removed it for me in a few minutes. Told me to have a good day and did not even charge me. Nice guy. I would definitely use their shop the next time I need my car repaired.

Went to this shop to have my car repaired last week. Someone stole a new pair of shoes from my trunk still in the box. When I contacted the owner Dan he told me I was Barking up the wrong tree I will NEVER do business with them again and I advise you all to seek repairs elsewhere if you desire professionalism and honesty.

Had some tube hanging from my car, pulled in and he fixed for free and said Merry Christmas. Very good friendly service.
