Odyssey Lake has been great since we moved in at the end of August 2021! Wendy, the assistant manager, was our contact person from the time I first called to make an appointment to come visit the complex. She has been SO helpful from day one! Our appartment is so beautiful, and the grounds are kept immaculately. Also, we have only had to make one maintenance request when our A/C froze up. It was handled within 30 minutes to get our air going again. My only complaint is that sometimes it is hard to get a parking spot at our building, but Wendy and I have discussed that issue. I definitely recommend Odyssey Lake!!

Odyssey will forever be my favorite place to live. The staff is great. I always enjoy going in the lobby because the staff is great. The pool is amazing ! The apartment units are beautiful. Overall the best location I’ve ever been with.

The best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The amenities are always clean and the staff is very professional. Both maintenance men are quick and informative. Kody is continuously friendly and efficient in his application and knowledge of the facility. The complex is located ten min from town, but still secluded and quiet. Highly recommended.

We moved in January of this year and I have been nothing short of happy with this complex. We moved from Jacksonville and had to do a lot of the paperwork online, Kristin made this process such a breeze for us and was always very prompt and informative. Since we’ve moved in they have pressure washed 2-3 times and do a great job keeping up with the cleanliness and tidiness of the complex. It’s a nice quiet place and so far in the few months we have been living here, we have no complaints.

Beautiful and convenient area, maintenance is responsive to issues and the price is reasonable for the area. Very happy with these apartments so far. Only criticism would be the garage availability is slim so my garage is located on the opposite side of the complex but that’s just a matter of availability.

Kody is a great person to represent Olympus property. He is detail oriented, respectful, timely and all around a great person that we can count on. He is super helpful and willing to lend a hand!

Love this complex!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The pool, gym and laundry area are always clean and very inviting. Never had any problems here!

Zane Mashburn is always super prompt whenever we have a maintenance issue. He is always willing to answer any questions we have and takes his time with any projects we need done. Odyssey Lake is a fantastic apartment complex. The view is wonderful from our apartment home. You can fish from the dock for small fish, and there are Canadian geese in the lake year round. Management has been fantastic and they regularly perform maintenance on the A/C as well as pest control. The maintenance guy is a great fellow too. All in all, we love living here.

One of the greatest places to live for families who are just moving into the area or those who want a warm comfy nest egg. Staff and employees are courteous and respectful. They welcome you with open arms and genuinely care for there residents. Your pets are also welcome as one of the family member here as well. Added bonus, the only apartment complex that has all kinds of fun events schedule throughout the month for there residents including there families/friends/pets. I truly enjoy living at Oddysey Lake Apt Homes, Brunswick. I just renewed my lease for the 3rd year! It is very peaceful here. I very seldom hear anyone or anything. I actually feel like I have the building to myself!My experience here has been exceptional. Management... “all of the staff” are phenomenal! They go out of their way to help and it never ceases to amaze me at how quickly they respond! Zane has been a maintenance tech on property since before I signed my first lease. He has always responded quickly to maintenance requests, finds the solution and completes requests immediately .It is also nice to interact with staff who actually have personality, enjoy conversing and even smile!!! It is nice to know they truly care!

Zane has always been there whenever I needed something done. Even with no help he kept this place going.

We’ve only been at the property for a few months, but already its been the best experience we’ve had with an apartment! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful with any concerns while the maintenence is quick to respond - even in afterhours for an emergency. The lake is well taken care of and gorgeous, the perfect exterior compliment to the interior layout. The rooms are large and offer plenty of options for decorating and designing (or redesigning) as many times as you please. Not to mention, the whole property is very welcoming to dogs and ours has met plenty of new friends while at the park. Overall Odyssey Lake is an outstanding place with affordable rent, it really can’t be beat in Brunswick.

Ive been living here for 3? Years i believe and have nothing but good things to say. Maybe Ive gotten lucky but Ive never had a noisy neighbor or have had to call the office for any sort of complaint. Ive had a couple maintenance requests over the years and all have been handled within a day and always at my schedule. Plenty of parking for you and guests. Everyone in the office all the way to Zane have always been accommodating. Just renewed my lease so they must be doing something right !

Serene atmosphere. Every effort is made by the staff to provide a friendly, clean and well maintained environment. Maintenance service is expedient. Caring office staff. Activities are planned for the enjoyment and participation of all who desire to be involved. The weekly landscaping adds increased esthetic value. And then there is the Lake! A desirable alternative to owning your own home. I am looking forward to using the Gym again as soon as we are COVID free.

I love this place ! I have a three bedroom and all the rooms are spacious very nice you could tell it’s been well Maintenance .I highly recommend this place .all staff members are super nice one time my stove messed up and they came the same day and fixed it!

I was relocating to Brunswick from the west coast. I called Odyssey Lake Apartments for an apartment. I dealt with Treena for everything and her service was amazing. Ive been here for just about two months now and I love it. The office staff, maintainance is extremely prompt with taking care of requests Everyone here at Odyssey Lake Apartments has been wonderful. Awhile back, I used to live in another apartment complex down in Brunswick that had a pretty good deal for me. However, after the 2nd year started, I had a lot of issues that came with the apartment that was quite concerning for my living. Bugs infestation, crack water pipes if guess taken a bath instead of shower and dishwasher that didnt really clean. Although the staff were friendly, it took them awhile for them to answer my ticket requests and some neighbors were very noisy where I literally had one knocked and come in even when I told them to wait one minute. Of course he didnt rob me because he told I was a neighbor giving away his furniture but I thought that was kind of rule since I didnt welcome him. Having these issues and complaints made me look else where because I want an apartment home that care about their residents not something that raises my concerns and possibly anxiety. Then I found odyssey lake. This place had some nice places that I really enjoy having as a tenant, obviously a pool but, a little gym, a lake to look and walk around the area, nice neighbors that actually wait for you to answer, a place to wash your cars and small trucks, nice apartment units (especially their wall desks which was a big perk to me), easy to gain places and most of all, the location. The place i used to live at was near a hospital so on a daily to weekly basis, I had to adapt hearing siren go off while trying to sleep. There was a time I had to hear a siren for a good 2 hours in the middle of the night while sleeping. But with odyssey lake being away from hospitals, I rarely hear that. Cops maybe because I seen while walking that some cops own apartment as well but, the neighborhood is so nice, the only why a cop would turn their siren on is someone ask them nicely to do that. As for rent, yes, it can be a tab expensive depending on what youre looking for but in exchange youll get a:- a nice view- great remedies to pasr time, gym, pool or a short walk,- fishing (catch and release)- a patio with a roof- staff that answer your requests immediately, within the day or appointment- and most of all, for you gamers out there. AT&T fiber internet. Yes. That 1000 Mbps internet speed that georgia residents dont have because of their location. This place offers it.If youre interested in getting a unit, I recommend talking to Wendy since she was understanding about my recommendations, a great listener to my nice and a nice person overall.

Dani, a heartfelt thank you for making our transition so smooth. I would definitely recommend these apartments due to everything Ive mentioned. Along with that, the location is secluded in a way but only minutes away from local eateries, businesses, shopping and etc. Very quiet and remarkably clean area with security gate. The crystal clear lake is such a beauty to see anytime but especially scenic as the sun rises or sets.

Every time I’m over at my friend Ashley’s apartment, everyone is so nice and the staff can always be seen working hard around the complex.

The maintenance team is awesome but I feel that management doesnt really care much about who they let into the place. People being loud well I to the night hours and blaring music, slamming doors and just being plain inconsiderate when it comes to apartment living. Me and my wife have been here for 3 years and have seen a a decline over these 3 years. All in all it was a good start but the previous management was way better and they showed actual care when it came to the residents

We have had the greatest experience living here. We moved here 6 months ago and have loved ever bit of it. The staff was great from before we moved in, to move in Day and ever since. They hold great get togethers every month and are always there with a smile and a freely attitude when you see them. We have only had one issue with our appointment over the last 6 months, but maintenance was there the next day to fix it with no worries. I do want to address a couple of the reviews I read on here. First is the parking issue. There is no parking issue. There are plenty of spaces for all who live here. The one that is complaining looks like she want front row parking every time she comes home and apparently isnt concerned about safety is she doesnt understand why you cant park in a red zone. My guess is she is just lazy and doesnt want to park across the from her building. You just cant fix stupid or lazy. As for bugs, guess what, you live in the South, there are bugs, but roaches only hangout where there is a good source. So clean your place up. We havent seen a roach yet, but we are guilty of keeping a clean house, try that and see if it works. Basically if you want a nice peaceful beautiful property to live at, this is the one. Dont let a few Debbie downers discourage you from choosing this place, its amazing!

My experience has been great here! And parking as never been an issue for us. Ive looked for spots at all hrs of the night and worst case scenario Ive had to park maybe a 100 feet way. They also have garages you can rent out right in front of your apartment.

Hello y’all we stayed at Odyssey Lake for one year and it was awful, so during our stay they changed management on us, then new fees every month was coming with our rent, so we stayed in 7203 building 2 on second floor and we heard every foot step and and every toilet use from upstairs neighbor, then our breezeway never got blowed off but once, we called about our leaking water refrigerator 3 times but they just patch it up all 3 times, and bathrooms need to be stripped because of old mildew in tile, the appliances were out dated no cooktop the dishwasher had dirty water in every week after we cleaned, the front gate was always broken so they keep it open for anyone to come inside without a fog or code, the windows blinds were out dated no 2 inch blinds, and they are charging tenets $25 a month for each ceiling fans in apartment, so would not advise anyone to live at Odyssey Lake Apts, thumbs down

I wish I could rate this place as a five star living opportunity, but to be honest there is a huge problem that needs to be addressed. That problem would be the PARKING. When my boyfriend and I decided to move into the place we were impressed with the property and staff. Unfortunately we were not informed of the parking situation. The company did not provide adequate space needed for the number of residents that live in each building. The only solution Ive read from them regarding the previous complaint on parking is that they will tow resident parking in the red zone. WHAT? That is your fix? To tow your residents who have no where else to park because yall did not provide enough parking spaces??! CRAZY. For anyone who is reading this to decide if they should move here or not, let me be clear when I say I am not exaggerating. Last night I came home after working a 11 hour shift to find ZERO parking spaces, also it was raining heavily. I had to park FOUR buildings away from my own apartment and was drenched by the time I got inside!! Mind you, Im also a young woman who also sometimes has my little girl with me. Often we find ourselves having to make the long walks to our apartment late at night. Dont know if anyone is aware or not, but Brunswick is rated among the top ten most dangerous cities in Georgia. The last thing I need is for someone to start noticing that my daughter and I have to make a long walk to out apartment alone each night, and it is for that reason that we own a gun. But not everyone has their own protection. And lets just FORGET IT if youve just made a trip to the grocery store and need to bring all your food inside. At least you ll get a work out. If you like having friends or family over make sure you invite them over before 6pm, because after that they will have no parking either. I just dont understand how its fair to lock residents into a binding lease if you do not have to proper space needed for all their living needs. Parking included. (Ill be looking into that) I wouldnt be in such a rant if they would take action on this problem by opening up the parking lot or build more garages. Also they should have informed us of this problem. Sorry but we would have went to another apartment complex. Not what they would have wanted us to do but it would have been the right thing to let us know. We will NOT be resigning our lease. And Ill be sure to let others know of this problem since the offices fails to do so. Ill be adding pictures later as proof. Thanks.

I have lived at Odyssey Lake for two, going on three, years and it is one of the most pleasant apartment complexes I have lived in. The staff is wonderful and friendly and they go really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There is a bark park and lots of friendly dogs in the complex. They have just built a dock and a cook -out area that is wonderful! Most of the people who live here are friendly. Living here has been a positive experience for me. I havent had any real problems with roaches - they spray regularly - though I know they are very difficult to get rid of when they get into a place.

To sum it ALL Up Everything went south after Deana left . She was the BEST OF THE BEST .

Each and every tenant are entitled to their own individual experiences and feedback. Unfortunately, my experience was the absolute worst! I would not recommend this property to anyone. I dont find Dani (manager) pleasant at all she is what I call Nice/Nasty! The property is being renovated now but dont be fooled. Not all of the apartments have renovated or upgraded appliances. My dishwasher has never worked even after maintenance fixed it! This place is infested with spiders outside your doors, patios and breezeways; even on my parked car. The walls are thin with very poor infrastructure. I can hear every single step my upstairs neighbors make as if they weigh over 300+ pounds and they dont. My upstairs neighbors have a gym with a treadmill in their second bedroom that caused my entire apartment to shake and we are forced to accept the noise. I have made several complaints to management and regional management with no resolution as they could care less. Finally, I broke my lease to move out early as I was forced to live in a miserable situation. Also, my downstairs neighbors blasted their surround system throughout the night well into the morning. Please understand I have no reason to make up anything as I have better things to do with my valuable time but I felt compelled to share this awful experience with any potential tenants. The parking is a problem in some areas of the complex. Also, they find ways to enter your apartment every chance they get. We know this is apartment living and they have a right to enter but every time I looked up they needed to enter my unit. They will give you a last minute note to let you know they need to come into your apartment. Not to mention bringing unsavory looking characters along with them.To management: dont waste your time replying to make yourself look as if you care because I would never come back to read your phony response. If you cared you would have made things right when you had the opportunity. #Zerostars #RUN

I have been living at Odyssey Lake for 1 year, and I have nothing but positive things to say. My apartment is nicely upgraded, and the price is very fair. The person talking about parking problems is completely wrong. You shouldnt be parking in the Red Zone, period. You deserve to get your car towed. There were a few lazy people who wanted to park on the grass near my building, which was completely trifling on their part, considering there were no less than 20 empty spaces probably 20 steps away. I complained about it to the office, and I didnt see that anymore. Not to mention these people who think they are so special they dont have to park in a space wind up breaking sprinkler heads. I was glad the problem was handled quickly. There are plenty of spaces and I have never had to park very far from my buildings breezeway, no matter the time of day or night. And speaking of walking here at night, I feel very safe here, no reason to feel anyone is stalking you. Lots of people are out in the mornings and evenings, walking for exercise and walking pets. I have never felt wary of anyone here, even when talking a walk to the dumpster at 10pm to toss my trash. As to the ONE person who said something about roaches, I havent seen a single one in my place, but then again I take out my trash and keep it clean. The only slight negatives would be that I wish I had solid surface counter tops versus laminate, and that we didnt have to buy our own light bulbs for the track lighting and then put in a work order to have them changed because we cant open the light fixtures ourselves. Seems like a lot to go through just to change a bulb, but these are minor issues. Overall, a nice place to live!
