I called very early in the morning for a ride to the airport. When someone did answer the phone all I heard was music blaring into my eardrum, and then someone answered. He said it was super early to be arriving at the airport but that he would pick me up. The ride was fine, but did not expect that he would have a passenger in the car with him, and I did not appreciate the music that was playing in the car.

Called the night before to reserve time for ride 3 miles to airport. Morning of ride called again and driver answered. Sounded like maybe woke him. Was about 14l5 min late, def need to plan ahead if needing to be somewhere at a certain time. Driver was friendly, did not talk much, loud music in vehicle. Fairly expensive for short ride. Drives fast and brakes hard. But got to airport.

The driver would tell us that it would be 30 minutes until he would be there to pick us up, we ended up waiting an hour or longer each time we where ready to go the to next place. Then when he showed up he would drive terrible he would drive supper fast then slam on the breaks when he got ready to stop or slow down. Then he charged a lot when we would get to where we where going.I definitely did not feel safe riding with this company and will not be using them again!

Could barley understand him on the phone, non professional, music was to loud when he tried to talk to you , no meter in van just a made up amount.

No money meter. He pulled a number out of thin air and I paid a fee to pay through zelle even though zelle does not charge any fees.

First time calling this taxi service for a ride down not even 5 miles away. They call back saying I called a couple days ago an the taxi driver waited an no one came out so the taxi driver doesnt want to pick me up??? Tf is this bs business. Should be shut down if the taxi drivers dont want to pick a paying customer up😒

I called for a ride to work and he tells me it would 20 minutes so when I went outside I didn’t see anybody so I called and asked how long would it be and the owner tells me the driver came and he didn’t see anyone outside so he left😡😡😡😡and hung up on me he is very rude !!!!!!

The person who took me to this place was really nice. And the price was just right for traveling from my home to Jekyll. This service is very professional and the best out of the other cabs that I have taken. Would take again in the near future.

They came fast and got me to my destination on time. They knew that I couldn’t get a ride from Uber or Lyft because there were no driver’s available and they made up for the lost time!

This review is long overdue. But the manager of this service was very helpful and sweet. Even on a personal level, when he knew I was going through hardship (being a college student and working) he was a great help to me as a human being and not just as an employee. They were always on time and very polite. I hope they still have the same staff from when I was in Brunswick. Thank you guys!

If I could give no stars I would. Called for a friend who has a 1 year old baby. They came late and didnt even give her time to grab the diaper bag and walk out the door. She literally walked out an was like WTF there is no one here. Called again and said we only give you minutes to come out. Best advice I can give anyone is call altamaha taxi. Cheaper and overall, very understanding and kind.

Excellent taxi cab ride. My plane was delayed 90 mins, and the driver waited for me even though I was unable to use my cellphone to let him know I would be late. I was so thankful that he waited or I dont know what I would have done. My flight also got switched to a different location and he still came and took me the hour back to my hotel. He was very friendly and courteous. Best cab experience I ever had. I will use again on my flight out. Thank you for your outstanding service.

Paul & team were great help getting us from Brunswick to JAX airport. On the phone the dispatch even had the thought to ask age of child if needed car seat! Paul Henry @metrocab is the best! Tonight, Wednesday 11/8/2016, my daughter was driving back home to Orlando, Fl from Georgia. Her car broke down on I95 and it would take a while for her dad to drive with a friend in a tow truck to pick her up and tow her car back home. I was so afraid that she was just there..on the side of the busy highway! So..I looked up cab services and came across Metro. When I called I spoke with Paul Henry, I told him what happened and that I needed a cab to take my daughter to a hotel until her father arrived. I also told him how worried I was, he responded by telling me he also has daughters and understands my worry. He then said, as a matter of fact, I will pick her up myself, give me 20min! He told me to let my daughter know what type of car he was in as well and what color lettering was on it. He informed me of what area in town would be better for her to be in. When he arrived my daughter said, he was so kind and helpful to her. She felt safe. He is an Angel. He was professional and genuine. I would recommend Metro Cab service to everyone. Ive been in Brunswick since 2008. I tried another cab company, and the driver arrived with two other passengers in the vehicle, to take me to my destination! I called Metro cab, and have been using their services ever since. They are always on time and the drivers are courteous and professional! So, if you desire to travel in style always use Metro cab, you cant get better quality in Brunswick Georgia!

Metro cab has been apart of ny family for the past 3 years since relocating to the Brunswick area. The whole company is filled with people who care about their passengers and their business. They are polite, kind, courteous and always on time. I cant see how my family and I would get around without them. The best and only cab service you should take if youre down in the Golden Isles area.

Great customer service! Ive tried most, if not all, of the taxi services in town and as long as these guys keep it up, theyre my #1 choice. They pick you up when they say theyre going to, sometimes theyre there early!!! They take the straight route there and charge a fair price. It sounds so simple but so many other companies just dont get it right. The drivers are all very polite and the cabs are clean. This is a legit company with nice employees. Next time you think you want a ride home from the bar at 2am, give these guys a call.
