I used to these guys for notary and shipping services and I was really impressed. I was in the store for about 30 minutes and listened to their interactions with other customers and they clearly care about their customers. Destiny helped me and she was spectacular. I will definitely return in the future.

They were able to print my mailing label for me & jad my package ready for mailing in less than 5 minutes.

I always need to do something here it seems like. From faxing or emailing documents that need to be scanned they help me with the smallest things. Always nice and it never takes long.

NO NOT use their services if you want your package to arrive on time. They will not deliver on time, will not warn you of that possibility and will not reimburse. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Good place to find a box of certain size. I stopped shipping things there because one employee was bad mouthing the Postal Service. I am retired postman. I either ship from the post office or UPS office. I did use them a lot for packing and shipping.

Very friendly and helpful, they always seem to find a way to save me a buck or two! Always a good experience, plus they dont look at me like I have a third eyeball!

They were unable to mail a parcel to Australia because Australian postal codes dont contain as many figures as American zip codes; ours is 5 digits, and Australias are 4.True story.The staff were confused by this, and, rather than stretch their little hillbilly brains getting a way around that, they declared my package was unmailable, because their postal code has a different number of charactersTrue story.And of course, the all-female staff lacked the class required to not be obvious about how frightened and disgusted they were to be in the same room with a male who isnt built like The Incredible Hulk, and/ or speaks English as their 2nd language.Openly rude, stupid and unhelpful staff.I went into a business whose main function is to stick objects into the mail stream, carrying a parcel, and I walked back out of said dedicated parcel-mailing business, carrying the parcel.True story.

Always had good service. I have only used to return prepaid FedEx stuff.
