If u r under 50 disabled and not on ssi this is notthe place to ask for help to fund a place to help because the phone staff dont have a clue who to call

Staff is wonderful. Got me on the right track, with plenty of support once I left respite. Dont be afraid to call if you need them, thats what theyre there for.

Long waits, psychiatrist is on a tv screen not in person, she didn’t do anything except fill out her paperwork about me. She did not listen to me at all. No help from this agency.

Absolutely no help. Went two days in a row for my dad. All they did was ask the same questions. No follow up. No phone calls. Nothing! Complete waste of our time!

Dont waste your time. I tried calling the crisis line. Told how depressed I am and was thinking of hurting myself. After 5 minutes was told they have other calls and was left hanging. I guess they would prefer me dead.

They care about their clients. If you need help or have a family member that needs help call!

The staff is excellent. EXCELLENT. thank you for all you did for me.
