The USA Carwash in Early/Brownwood has issues that are not resolved as of 2:00pm on 6/27/2021. There is absolutely not enough water being used. I have sent emails to the current owner and the previous owner trying to explain the problem and show pictures of soap still on car when wash is complete. We were told today that maintenance has been here working this past week. Today, we went through the automated wash and the brushes were barely sweeping the car. Still, the water is not spraying out the spray head on the right side of car-SAME OLD PROBLEM for several months now!!! After going through the dryer, we still have blue soap running down the passenger side window and door. I am posting the review in hopes of someone who has the oower to get it fixed will see it.

Horrible wash... very expensive for the very low quality wash that it was. And I waited after my wash for 30 minutes to get someone to come give me a scan code thing for the unlimited wash that regret getting, and they still didnt give it to me. Very long bathroom break is what I was told.... 1/10 would NOT recommend...

Soap doesnt come out evenly across the vehicle, one rinse cycle only sprays a small stream or the right side. Gate would not open to let cars in.

Wow, just wow! I bought a $15 bug removal carwash, and received a nice crisp $5 bill in change.I was disappointed that my vehicle had soap bubble on three sides when I left.I was mad when I had to scrub bug guts off my bumper when I got home.I am absolutely livid that when I checked my receipt to get the phone number that it showed I bout a $7 express wash, and received $13 in change.This is theft pure and simple. If I had any proof other than my experience I would be filing a police report. I will be calling you again, since your customer service number went to voicemail.

Took my truck there very disappointed spent 15 dollars on a half clean truck . First: the guy that uses the brush does a very poor job didn’t try to do he’s job. Second: after car wash I stopped to push my mirrors out. Checked the truck was it was still dirty. Went to where I paid told told the lady about the truck her excuse was this is owned by Take 5 car wash new owners. Then she told me the guy with brush can not cross over. The side he was on wash dirty too. I used to take my vehicles once a month they did a good job old owners . New owner do not care.Don’t waste you money I will not go back no customer service

This place used to be great prior to it selling, now the price has gone up, scrubbing isn’t available on the $7 car wash, and the payment kiosk has always had issues. Vacuum fittings fall off often. It’s a change but a disappointing one.

Fast and complete car wash. However, It ,still, does not rinse the external mirrors on my SUV! Since I upgraded to the best wash, the passenger side windshield and windows have a waxy haze on them that I have to remove each time I get the car washed. More, I dread going to the car wash.

I purchased a monthly membership, which I like, but today when I went I was told that the spinners would not clean the front of my truck, because the grillguard damaged it, which is ok but I was told that it would be manually cleaned off with brushes. The person washing down the vehicle never washed the front or the rear with the brushes.

Not pleased. I bought a membership for a month and on the 2nd day, the wash is closed.

These ladies and gentlemen that work here are super sweet.

In the past I had problems with a lot of soap still on my truck - particularly on the right side. The water that comes from the top to rinse was broken and took months to get fixed. I was told by the manager they were waiting on the maintenance guy to come and fix it. It worked for a little bit (about a month). I went in two weeks ago and again it is not working and the only rinse I am getting is the little bit of spray at the end of the wash. Have tried to call the number and NO USE THEY DONT ANSWER. I will try one more time tonight and I am hoping they have fixed it. When I was last there I went back to the young girl that was using the brush and told her to please tell management that this was not working and that the only amount of rinse is the little spray at the end. I hope they will fixed this occurring problem because to have soap dry on my truck is not good.

The people were very nice- but the last couple times I have gone my car doesn’t get as clean- and the windshield was still very buggy

I had heard this car wash wasnt very good anymore, but I had already driven past the one I usually use when I remembered I needed a wash.I purchased the $7 wash - the pay kiosk was easy to use & the vehicles ahead of me seemed to moving quickly through.BUT - I was stunned in how my car emerged from the wash. There was a film of some kind all over my windshield & all windows like a hard-water film. I could hardly see out my windshield & immediately used my car wiper & washer to try to get rid of it. Once didnt do it - I had to wash them twice more & Still have a bit of film on my windshield. This wash also produced a duller car than what Ive experienced at other washes.Sure, this place has free vacuums, which is nice, but I dont use vacuums every time I wash. This place cost me more money because I had to go to my usual wash to get all this film off! I was Terribly disappointed.I came to get my car cleaned, not dirtier!

Employees are nice and professional, car wash cleans vehicles very well. My only complaint would be the vacuums. They dont have great suction and you have to check them before using. Some have no suction at all and they dont vacuum well.

This car wash used to be awesome. Although it appears to be adequately staffed, the actual washing system seems to not rinse the suds off lately. My Tahoe always has soap left on it after pulling out of the bay. Somebody needs to check the machine out.

Its my Spot and I love the place I just wish they would hurry up with the Family Plan they are promoting on their Website 😁

Went through the carwash with a friend and in the middle of the wash there was a malfunction and it broke.We were stuck for several minutes.The vacuums dont work well.

I went up to the carwash to purchase a gift card for my wife’s car today. Unfortunately they didn’t have any but the manager informed me that I could purchase 6 months or 12 months of washes. I was leery because I’ve had soap on my pickup the last couple of times. She assured me that maintenance was working in it today. I went through the wash about 15 minutes ago and the quality is 100% better.

Decent car wash for the price vacuums could use more suction power tho.

The previous owners always had two workers, one on each side washing the bugs off the front, back and windshield. Now you get a light sweep across the windshield and if you are lucky they might sling a little water on the front. Inside, some days you get soap and others maybe a little. I always have soap dripping off my mirrors and the back after driving away. It seems you dont get a rinse just the spot free which isnt. My windows have so many spots and streaks that I have to use the wipers so I can see. I hope to see improvements soon.

I hit a massive bird...I’m talking some sort of 6 foot wingspan vulture. The manager at Car Wash USA Express got her hands dirty and pulled the thing out of the front of my car. I cannot describe how thankful I am that I didn’t have to do that. Thanks a million.

For $12, the wash is fine, but your car leaves dripping wet because the dryers only work at half capacity. And you get what you pay for with the free vacuums: of the four I tried, none had any suction.

$22 for a drive thru car wash it may be convenient but definitely doesn’t clean the car! Now I’m going to have to clean it again myself.

Ive been coming to this car wash for years its starting to get a lot better now theres one girl thats always real sweet and welcoming and thats whats so important you know Ive said it before andother review reviews how others I think her name is Paige and shes always welcoming and smiling and its in smiling and and serious about a job and thats what we need happy welcoming so we want to come back. I just went and got my car washed here today. Absolutely terrible quality. I paid for the $10 wash and they basically just rubbed some soap into the dirt and pollen in my car as there was barely any water in the car wash. I think the person spraying the hose before my car went in put out more water than the machine did. This place used to be great, but now its awful. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I used to have a good experience here. I wont be going here again.

This is just a car wash with free vacuum. Going thru the wash; the last sprayer on the passenger side does not rinse correctly. The vacuums are not powerful enough.

The new ownership has been awful we have had monthly wash memberships here for over a year and it was great but since the change is take 30 minutes minimum to get a wash and I was charged an extra time on my monthly after the wash was closed for renovations. I tried to call the company to cancel my membership and an automated system put me on hold for 10 minutes then took a voice message.

Quick wash..but sometimes some of the machines are not running right..or it runs out of product. Otherwise..its a you never know what your gonna get from one day to the next

For a place advertising free vacuum with wash, the vacuum quality is sub par. Over half the hoses are broken, don’t have suction, but most of them didn’t even have a vacuum part, it was just the end of a blue hose. Also, only half the listed car washes are available. Disappointing for a customer who used to visit frequently with a monthly membership.

I use this car wash weekly. Every time, something doesnt work right. Sometimes the rinse, sometimes the dryer. The vacuums have problems most times I go to use them. The place is just not maintained very well.

When I first joined it was well worth it. Since the new ownership took over this place has went way down hill far! If we pay 29.99 a month for one wash per day it would literally take 5 days just to get one complete wash. Everything is breaking and you do not get half of what you pay for. I have not seen Armor All for a month- TRI-Foam , Forget about it. Either these kids are not communicating the inconsistencies at this wash or the new owners just dont care. Give me half a wash then give me half my money back per month.

Had dirt all on back window and down the back to bumper. 18.00 you wouldnt think it would look that way and no my car wasnt real dirty, just dusty

I paid for the $12 wash very little scrubbing was done when I entered it seems as though there was no detergent being used. My truck came out filthy and the blower at the end of the wash was malfunctioning . The staff seemed to be untrained and unable to operate the equipment. I asked for a refund and they refused. I later called the business local phone number and left a message I have not heard back from them nor will they answer my call. Until changes are made , avoid this terribly run business.

Friendly excellent service. My only criticism is that the new car air freshener seems to be the most popular as they are regularly out of it. Why not just double order it to ensure its availability for customers.

Something is literally always broken at this wash. The second row of side brushes have never washed my car in 6 months. Today the first side brushes were barely spinning and the water jets and another small side brush were operating at a million miles per hour. The first overhead brushes sling around violently until it finally senses your car, then it stops beating the front end. Im tired of hoping theyll actually fix stuff and operate like a typical automatic car wash.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. My mom took her new car through this car wash and it took off the clear coat and scratched the paint off the roof and hood. This car is new and was undamaged before entering the wash and came out with a $1,000 worth of damage. After a week of trying to get the company to take responsibility, they stopped answering our phone calls and responding to emails. Awful customer service. We have picture proof and still nothing. Took it to get an estimate and a $15 car wash will now cost $1,000 in damages.

This Place is the worse!!! I pay for the monthly highest cost wash. No tire shine, No Rain-X, no Wax Foam just terrible. All of this started once they went under new ownership.. Frankly this is dishonest and they are cheating us customers..

Very poor carwash,all it took off was the dust, bugs, road splash and soap stayed on the car, even the marks from the guy at the beginning with the windshield scrub.Down hill cleaning since they took over from Bairds will not be using this car wash again

Theres a man named Trevor working there and he was super attentive while pre washing my pickup! He was also professional and had a great attitude. Baird brothers is an excellent carwash, but I believe the employees will make or break a business. There are good people working at baird brothers. I give it two thumbs up!

I absolutely love the staff, but there is always soap left on my car after every wash. Also, the vacuums only work about 60% of the time.

I would give the a NEGATIVE if possible!! I took my Tahoe through their wash and it took off the clear coat and scratched the paint. After exhausting all efforts and talking to management, the will NOT do the right thing and fix it. A $15 wash is now costing me THOUSANDS!

I like you can get a plan for $30 and literally go every day. Its once a day, which is well worth it, considering the plan pays for itself after 2/3 visits. The vacuums are FREE here, but the suction on them can be lacking 60% of the time so, theres that. Personally, Im most concerned with the vacs because I travel a lot and get rental cars quite often and I clean them (or at least the floor boards, always) before giving them back, depending on how long I had the car.

When i went through the car wash the machine broke off the third brake light on my cadillac escalade and when i tryed to call them there pho e is out of service. So now i have to drive 2 and a half hrs out of my way to go back to the location and find out how we are going to fix this

They have a monthly subscription that costs twice the price of one Wash and you can drive through once a day. Thats a great deal if you have a car that shows dirt easily!Of course, Vacuums are always Free!Under new owners lots has changed and I will not waste my money coming here again.They used to use a brush and clean the front and back of your car before pulling through and that got the bugs off the front and mirrors and the back window was clean. They no longer do this. I now have to go somewhere else to get my vehicle rewashed.I will not waste my time and money at this place ever again.

Smells like sewer water outside and soured water whilegoing through the washer. Staff doesnt take care of the front grill. It has to be cleaned again when iam finished.. theonly friendly o e is the girl at the 1st.stop. The guysare not very friendly.

Smelled like pinesol at first and then stinky mop water and it didnt clean the back of our vehicle! I will never go back!
