Service was great. But trying to reach the store by the number in Google search is terrible!! That number is disconnected, no longer in service. You have to be at the store and get the number off of the door. Tech person get your act together an get updates made. Probably will find a new place to get a basic haircut.

Simple cut. Fade n trim. Fade was good.Cut top finger length scissor cut. Next day realized that one side on top was longer than other side. I capfuls understand if a few areas, but a good size area. Stylist was nice and talkative, just poor quality. I would have went back to get fixed but in town for work only.

The artist with the shears was great I ask her what she could do with my mop sitting on my head and, well with the confidence that I would not hear the word ( oops) it turn out great!! I recommend the shop in brownwood also they must have the faith of the parents too becouse there were kids waiting as well. If you need a change or just want the same cut I recommend this brick and mortar.

Have never had a bad haircut from here. Hairdressers could be a little bit friendlier, considering I normally leave at least a 30% tip.

Went in for a trim, asked for 1 inch off. Cuts off 3...worst place to go to for a trim. Learn what an inch is before you even cut at all.

Husband got his hair cut for the first time at this location and it is the worst hair cut he has had since he was a freshman in college and he had his head shaved and that was over 50 years ago!Yes it was that bad!!! Too bad you cant give negative stars.

Butchered my head. I asked for a simple fade and I ended up getting some kind of mix between a bowl cut and Kim Jung Uns haircut. I wish I could share the pictures. Should have just saved the time and buzzed my head

They are curtious and competent. Always get a good hair cut. My only criticism is that they seem understaffed at times and there is a wait. But that is to be expected at any service.
