LAST YEAR I WENT WITH ARMANDO RECIO AND HE CHARGED ME $68, NOW HE WANTS TO CHARGE ME MORE THAN DOUBLE. $148 I DONT GET WHY. I ASKED HIM AND HE IGNORED ME.BAD SERVICE AND HES ALWAYS ON THE PHONE.
I have no idea what happened but one year he was great did the same service that I asked him to do last week, now this year hes very bitter and rude. Complete lack of customer service. Talked down to me. Took him a week to call me back for my paperwork just to say i must pay him before. Took a whole week to tell me that. Just that. I know i have to pay, their old taxes. But that was never a problem because weve done this same exact business before. It shouldnt be anymore complicated. im not an accountant so i dont know how to file them. Maybe explain it better next time instead of answering back to someone whoes trying to understand you. Sarcasm isnt a very good look on customer service. Will be taking business else where from now on.
