I go in and get exactly what I need. The lines on weekends are sometimes a bit long. The cashiers have to stop what they are doing to great every customer. Evidently they have never heard of the 10/10 rule. Because these greetings are often yelled from across the store.

I visit Petsmart every so often to buy my cat’s food, and there’s always a long line. This last time I visited the lady at the register was scanning my products when another associate stopped by her register and started making conversation about another customer. Like hello?? That was not only rude to the past costumer they were talking about but also to me. After having long lines they still have the nerve to talk about people in front of other customers? The nerve.

Tried the order online pick up feature-what a JOKE!! Said there were 22 servings of cat food in stock in store-turned out there were 8.. Big deal!! Clerk was half asleep, and slow

PetSmart is a great source for all kinds of products for your pets. They also have obedience training for your puppy. I wish I could take my cat!

Theyve implemented some safety precautions, like set lines in order to view and acquire fish and markings for social distancing. Its just as clean and efficient as ever. There are never many cashiers working at once but lines go fast, so thats not a problem. Workers are polite and always greet customers coming in. Theyve got everything from toys to grooming products to food and accessories/leashes/ collars. The food selection is excellent for every animal they provide for.

It was amazing but lacked the pets

The staff at Pet Smart were knowledgeable and took a lot of care to make sure a hamster had a proper home and had everything to make his life comfortable as possible. Highly recommend. )

Prices at the register don’t match the shelves. If you hit at one store another won’t take the return!? Because of inventory!? Customer service lacks

We purchased two guinea pigs and several guinea pig supplies. The guinea pigs are so cute and are alot of fun.

Petsmart always treat me great, i always get super deals and discounts with the treats, super great customer service.

Almost 8 out of 10 visits.... They are out of crickets. Not just their location in Brownsville but in Harlingen as well.I live over 12 miles from either of these cities; even when I call before heading that way for crickets.... They are always out of stock. What gives?!

Blanca was great at helping me with a harness for my Boston terrier … beautiful kind girl that enjoys what she does. I wish there were more blancas in this world.

Overall has everything pet related. Clean and staff are friendly. The prices are really high, but if you can always find a bargain.

Ordering on the app is very easy, however, for the second time in the last 6 months I had to go inside to get my curbside order. I followed the directions on the app and got no response, so 20 minutes after checking in online, I went inside. My items were set aside, but, apparently, no one was paying attention to curbside.

I love the variety of things they offer for your loved pets. Plus the customer service and employees are bomb! Cassie is so nice the manager

Good place to buy pet supplies

Not very happy because I wanted a parakeet for my daughter and they told me they were getting a delivery on 5/3 and now they say it might be another week.I dont even think they know either.

Nice cashier but no parakeets so I had to go all the way to Harlingen to get one at another store.

I used to like to come to PetSmart for my doves seeds but now they never have them in stock....Gotta find another pet food store due to that..

Always find what I need for my birds. I go for 1 item and end up spending 60 bucks everytime. Lol. Just like target

I just went in and bought some dog food. In and out in less than 5 minutes. No big deal.

Whoever does the ordering or merchandising for this store needs to be fired. They are always out of several health care products for dogs and the shelves are always a mess. I have also seen many expired products here and there is never more than one cashier even if there are 20 people in line. I dont know why I keep giving this place a chance.

Its fun to look at the fish, birds, guinea pigs, lizards, geckos, frogs, cats and dogs. What I dont think is fun to look at are the snakes and crickets (I assume theyre for food, but I wouldnt mind adopting a rescue cricket for the experience. Can you imagine the stories you can tell your friends when they come over... 🙄). They are pet friendly (hence the name?), And you can even take your own dog in with you. There is a little potty area for dogs right outside the store door (waste pick up bags included for free (its a rare treat to get a freebie now a days)).

Nice place but little on the pricey side.

The store was very busy (Tuesday), lots of clients. Only two registers were open. Every time I go to the store I end up with bites, I think there may be flees plus I saw a mosquito inside. The place wasn’t clean and the associates were busy helping other people, so I had to look for the item on my own. Too much variety and high prices. I do recommend the dog trainer, she is awesome 🤗.

Ordering online was simple and ready. My order was ready in an hour. Pick up was quick and easy.

Customer service at this place is the worst. The two girls who handle the fish are the rudest, ugliest attitude people I have ever met. If you can avoid this place do so.

Great place to find all the great items for your pets. Quality pet food and toys for our pomeranian. Please order pomeranian decals for our truck, we need to get a new one. (I ♥️ Pomeranian) We look forward for Christmas again to take our pomeranian princess with Santa.

Great place, long lines are annoying

Pet stores are always good for variety, but some things like clothes for pets were seriously lacking. Cashier was very friendly. Items are super expensive compared to Big Box Stores.

Took my wheaten terrier for his monthly grooming. My groomer, Iesha is the very best. Perfect groom. Highly recommend Petsmart in Brownsville TX.

They have almost everything I need for my pet I just dont like the way the lizards are treated kind of like there a toy if they dont sell God only knows what happens to them.

Got our Royal Canine Chihuahua dry dog food. Clean store, good price!

Nail grind was poorly done and they told me that because my puppy is “too wiggly” they won’t be accepting him anymore at their location.

Too many on going questions ...had an appointment from on line and the lady there at the grooming area treated us as if i didnt have the appointment.....

Great place to shop for your fur babies

Great PetSmart. Lots of helpful staff, a noticeable lack of the extremely long wait at the checkout counter Ive previously experienced at other locations in different states, and a decent selection at reasonably competitive prices. As an added bonus they have wonderful volunteers from a local shelter with tons of great animals up for adoption on the weekends!

Most of the lights were off, and no animals available for sale...just a few fish in aquariums...

First time and last time.walking in,a dog on leash lunged at me and scared the living###:##out of me.lady was in line to pay.no one in store could give a flying####about incident our customer.

Had a visit to PetSmart today and discovered a dead lizard in one of the tanks. It wasnt just dead, but decaying. They obviously do not take care of the animals or check the tanks regularly.

Went online and it said the inventory I was looking for was there I drove to Harlingen Texas to find out that it was not they recommend that I go to Brownsville so I drove to Brownsville and it was showed online also and it was not they do not keep their inventory current from their website and they sent me on a wild-goose trace I spent over 2 hours chasing down tanks 90 miles in travel to come home with nothing I will not go back to this store again ever

Employees are rude. I waited behind their blue line after pushing the button and the lady came back and helped someone else. I called her out on it and she said It goes by who is closer to the blue line. I pointed at my feet and said this blue line. She huffed and said yes. This was a teenage she really needs to find a different job.

Always have what my pets need.

Set an appointment for grooming at 6pm then canceled since a 2:30pm was available. We brought our boy in at 2pm to get him checked in early and were told it would be 4 hours... We were okay with that but we were not okay with dogs getting out before us that checked in later. And the workers seemed to be very confused with appointment times telling us that our appointment was for 5pm then 6pm and so on. The employees were helpful but this system needs to be fixed.

Arrived to get a training collar, only to find out the we closing so all their staff could eat lunch together. Fibre needed to PURCHASE something we were to come back in a half hour. You got to be kidding me. We tried several other places to get what we needed. Had to come back to the store to get what I needed. Next time I will go to Harlingen, they want to sell things not party with each other.

Just a cookie cutter version of PetSmart. Employees do not go out of their way to help you make knowledgeable choices for your pets particular needs. Their selection of everything is expansive, which can be a good thing, but only with good guidance from an involved staff. The store does always appear to be clean and tidy.

Fun store, shopping with friends for their new puppy. Lots of products. Employees seemed to really like working there. Very helpful

Usually very crowded and out of stock of hygiene products. Pricey.

Not sure about anyone else but my past couple of experiences here have been good. I dont use the groomers yet since i just got a dog. The worker who helped me was great and she made sure I had a good overall experience in the store since I wanted to get a good food for my dog that would benefit her health. I wish I had gotten her name! This place is also pretty good about letting you return dog food if your dog is a little more picky.

I really enjoy shopping at Petsmart in Brownsville, they have great items, great prices, great promotions and best customer service from all employees, I highly recommend pet owners to shop at this store.❤

I was able to order 30 minutes before closing and get my item before they closed up. Really friendly and speedy service. I will be back for sure. So professional and kind and they didnt mind helping us so late. Great team and great manager and supervisor deserve stars all around for the amazing work and effort to make it this easy.

This is a very Clean store! Associates are friendly and helpful, products are well stocked and easy to find. Salon is clean and my Westie always comes home from grooming in excellent shape.

Great assortment on items. One stop shop for my pets. The only down side I have with shopping here is the long wait to pay(any hour you go) with only one register open. At times, another lane may open up. Not good if you’re on the go. But I can find everything I may need for my pets once I know what to buy for them. Not easy to catch a staff member for suggestions. Must hunt for one to ask for advise on items. Lack of Can item assortment. I say this only to see if the company will improve a consumers experience.

Neither the Brownsville or Harlingen locations can keep a stock of live crickets.! If i had to rely on petsmart my Chameleon would have starved to death already, DISAPPOINTED. Why sell the pets if u cant keep the feed in stick SMFH.

Ive never had a bad visit, and for the most part I always get what I need to feed my pets and to buy them accessories. Its also fun to just walk around and look at the animals, or to think about what you can buy the next time you arrive.
