This is supposed to be a place to better your mental health, but the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and just made this experience for me worse.

I have never seen a place so rundown with so called Dr I don’t believe they are Dr this place is horrible they are manage by young kids. This place is a joke.

The care received is decent. The process for an appointment is long and unnecessary. A quick and more efficient process is needed. Due to the current process people are waiting 3-4 hours.

These people run a program. They care about the program. They do not care about you. They just wasted a week of my time to tell me that I didnt qualify for Care by them. They expect people to believe that they are equally as worthy as other people but they shove out these electronic signature pads and have you sign stuff without telling you what youre signing for. When they decide that you dont qualify for help, they dont explain to you why it is that you havent qualified. So in what way are they treating you as if you are a worthwhile human being? Ive been off my antidepressant medication for an extra long period of time waiting for them to help me. They did not care. It seems that if someone is off their meds and becomes suicidal and kills themselves, they dont care about that either.

I went for an evaluation, the lady was nice but I walked out with all my problems, I should have stayed

I went in to ask for a copy of my blood work and they send me to 4 different people and they were rude and I had to go back to the front just to get the paperwork.

Worst place to go wait time is horrible the staff is rude ive been here for 3 hours

Pharmacy takes to long to give you medication that has been ready for a week. They are in there just playing grab a**,like the security guard and police officer thats in there.

Horrible!UnprofessionalStaff is just terribleWaited for over 18 minutes for front office to answer ! They need to shut it downIf I could rate negative it id give them a -5 star for sure!
