Had a initial assessment. Modalities were discussed at length. Had a sneaky hypnosis during the assessment. Doc explaining an experience and how he handled it. As he talked I felt myself sinking into the chair. Dr del Castillo is a gentleman and gentle man. Staff too, treated me with genuine care. Let you know more after my first hypnosis session.

I had to sign a paper when I got there of what I had troubles with and when I went into the room the only thing the lady was focused on was for me to get microdermabrasion. I don’t know why , but when I asked her “Is there more facial treatments?” She said “yeah” but she was ready to use the microdermabrasion thing. I even tried calling my mom but the lady was desperate. I’m 18 years old , they did not explain that the treatment is for older people , not one single person explained what I was going to get done and what it’s for. Its been about 3 months , I tried to let my face heal but I’m left with scarring , pimples , and everything else you can think of. It was $70 maybe that’s why they wanted me to do it so bad.

I had the Icon face tightening and scar removal done. The tech is great, very kind lady. The only thing I didnt like is that the texture of my skin changed after the treatment and there were waffle looking marks from the hand tool used. This was not mentioned prior to the treatment. Its been a month and the marks have mostly gone away but the texture of my skin still feels somewhat bumpy/leathery. Im hoping a chemical peel and microdermabrasion might help. I didnt really see any improvement after 1 treatment, the tech mentioned at least 2 treatments are recommended.

My daughter and I went in for several facial laser treatments in addition to my daughters axillary laser treatment. We both had a wonderful experience with no complaints. The office personnel were professional and I like the email reminders the best. I also like the fact that I could pre-pay before the next appointment for my daughter when we did not have the appointment at the same time. This was very convenient for me to pre-pay and then just hand my daughter the receipt for pre-payment when she attended her pre-scheduled appointment. I have recommended EMB treatments to my friends since I had a wonderful experience.
