Very good experience with TS NetworkAlways willing to help out in any issue. Internet service was good just wished it was a bit faster. But other than that amazing!

Quality of connection is poor.I have never received the mbs for the highest tier I pay for even on a clear day. To expand on that detail, service will be interrupted by inclement weather as they will text me to unplug my equipment and ask that I remain disconnected until the storm has passed.Customer service was only available in English prior to purchase.There has been no success in receiving technical support in English.Even the website is Spanish only.I am only paying for this service as a last resort because the manager of the apartments I live at does not permit Spectrum and this was the only option available.Update: I received a phone call from an individual stating that she was calling on behalf of TS network who expressed that my service would be restored upon amending my review. I have already paid for this month of service and am being extorted for service that I am entitled to receive.The other reviewers on this thread have one or two reviews at most and are likely straw reviews to artificially inflate their 5 star review.Their response indicates business practice rife with corruption.Update. They have cancelled my service and issued a refund for this month of service.
