Waited 2 hrs just for a cleaning and still haven’t been seen. Just want for this appointment to be over with not coming back again mind u their X-ray equipment is so outdated took about 30 x-rays for a full mouth so uncomfortable, they don’t have the panoramic X-ray machine . Don’t even bother with this place . Btw some reviews are of their own staff so don’t believe them .. not to mention this was my first appointment here ever ( also my review keeps being deleted so I will keep posting it so it will be know since I know how review work , employees are asked to provide good reviews )

I love how the doctors explain every step. I had to get some infected teeth pulled and i had a good experience the doctors took great care of me in my situation. I recommend this office. They call your meds into your choice of pharmacy although some items are available at their office like special mouthwash. Im happy I chose them to treat my situations. The office in Brownsville Tx. Is one of the cleanest, friendliest, caring, dentists that Ive been to . My doc is the best and the staff are delightful to interact with . I HIGHLY recommend this dental office .

Do not get the aligners here. Clear Arc specifically. Always misprinting, causing teeth not to track properly. Hard to get ortho appts. Hard to convince ortho the aligners dont sit when they obviously dont. Havent had a good experience at all. Cant wait to finish the aligners to stop working with them (if i ever finish). Staff is nice and the place is clean. I just so wish their aligners were better quality

Well maintained place. Pleasant people. They do have care credit so you can apply for a no interest credit card for dental. They also offer in house financing and payment plans. The services were great my husband had to have a broken tooth removed and bone graft. We were in n out in less than an hour including all services and wait time. He had no pain during the procedure and was surprised when she said she was done as it has never been easy or painless to have a tooth removed. They seem very thorough and very caring. I truly appreciated all their help and explanations. I am rather picky so i was pleasantly surprised and will now use them as our dentist as we just moved to the area. I felt we had a very good experience here and would recommend this place to anyone.

It’s incredibly irresponsible to advertise being open on Saturday when it’s not the case. I drove an hour for a dental emergency only to be met with a closed office. No one answering the phone either.

It is an amazingly friendly place. My children love to go to the dentist since we became patients there. The dentist is amazing! He is thorough on the examinations and explains everything in detail about what is going on with my childrens mouth. We are very satisfied with their services.

I would without a doubt give them a NO STAR!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service!!!! Made an appointment for my daughter and I scheduled it 2 weeks later and on the day of the appointment a receptionist call 2 hours right before my daughters appointment to say that the doctor hadn’t been in the office all day and that they needed to cancel the appointment. Completely unacceptable and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Great friendly service

I was on vacation over the Fourth of July weekend,, down from San Antonio. My tooth was getting looser and looser and the pain was unbearable. My partner found this place online and I showed up not knowing what to expect. Not loving dental work, I was apprehensive to say the least. As soon as I arrived, the front desk was so friendly and made me feel secure and cared about. From that point on, the X-rays and consult was detailed and straightforward. I had to have the two teeth pulled. I was really scared of the pain involved and the staff was so supportive and really cared about my comfort and feelings. They took their time and got me numb, double and triple checked my readiness for the extraction.I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for quality care.

Went in for some pain in my crown and they were very nice and thorough in providing me information about it.

Friendly staff. Wonderful service the doctor is very personable and speaks to you about the procedures that need to be done. The payment options are extremely helpful especially when you dont have dental insurance.

I had scheduled appointments for my wife and I. We arrived early to fill out any necessary paperwork (we would have been new patients). The receptionist informed us that they had cancelled our appointments - no reason was given other than that I had booked our appointments through their corporate scheduling. I informed her that I had called the local number and that their phone service routes all calls to the corporate scheduling for appointments. We were told we could either come back on another day or wait around. She said that she had called me and confirmed my phone number. No calls were received, nor were there any voice messages. There were two separate text messages confirming our appointments. This is not a good way to run a business. I wont be having any further dealings with them.

I have to say Brident Brownsville is exceptionally amazing! It is extremely affordable and love how doable the monthly payments are. Their staff and Ortho Dr. are the GREATEST! They are friendly and gentle in everything they do. I will be getting my braces off in a couple of months and Im extremely happy with the transformation! Cant wait to see the final result. I wouldnt go with any other dental/ortho place, especially with having Dr. Hanoun on their team! And one of my favorite things about this place is that the general dentist and orthodontist are in the same building so you dont have to be jumping from one office to the other.

My friend had an appointment in the brownsville location at 10 am it is now 2:04 and she is still there waiting hasnt even been seen by dentist... Bad service i would not even give 1 🌟

First, when I called for an appt. I was routed to an Indian call center. I received a call from them again 9:30 at night. Dont know why but I didnt answer.We were told only one of the dentists was on the plan. Though the other one is on my plan but in her separate practice from brident.When we showed up for the appt, we were told that the one who is in our plan wasnt there that day and he would only be with them one more day. Waste of my time and a perfect example of how a corporate dental company cannot take care of local people. Very inefficient. The apparently rotate dentists through thett alot.

Worst place ever first time i went waited an hour at the lobby an hour inside just sitting down just to talk for like 5 mins then back outside another hour. Then my 2nd time i was late by 18 mins and the latest you can be is 15 minutes. They didnt see me because I was 3 MINUTES LATE and didnt even give me an excuse.

My visit went really well, the front staff explained my benefits of what insurance was going to cover and what wasnt. Dr Syed is a great doctor he went threw my xrays and showed me exactly what treatment was needed and why. Im forsure coming back again to the office.

The orthodontist here is VERY rude, no manners, he doesn’t know how to talk to people, didn’t introduce himself, and was chatting with the other employees about other offices and not related to teeth. We were waiting for him to finish his conversation about other offices and we were waiting for a very long time. Over all, VERY dissastified with this office.
