Went in for an oil change and had my air filter changed, wiper fluid filled and air on my tires added. All were items I was going to care for due to a trip I have coming up. Didnt realize it how efficient they were until I saw them moving around the car and when I got my receipt. Only got charged for my air filter that they asked about and the oil change. Took less than 20 min! Service was fast and extremely professional topped with friendliness. Highly recommended and they deserve the 5 stars by far!

I went for an oil change, it was my first time bringing my new car in, I had taken a couple of cars before that and had no issues. After getting my oil change on my new car, I noticed the engine splash shield hanging on the bottom front of my car. I went back to have them check it and they told me the bolts were missing and that’s why it was hanging. It wasn’t hanging before I got the oil change and they removed it. About a week later my car was leaking oil. Now I’m having to pay close to $300 at the dealership to get it taken care of. Never going back to this place.

I went for an oil change and a state inspection on Friday and surprisingly for the amount of people that were there I was in and out fairly quickly. Great service as always! The only hiccup I had was when I got a car wash it didn’t dry my car correctly so I pulled back around and spoke to the manager and he gave me another free car wash and recommended that I center myself in the car wash bay, that will allow the dryer blowers to dry both sides evenly. The second wash my car was dried off nicely! One thing that would be nice if there was someone to hand dry the cars once out of the wash. Other than that the service was great!

For close to two years now, each time I come to this location I am greeted professionally and always receive the fastest service compared to any other place around. The staff work together as a team and move quickly so that your wait time is absolutely minimal.

I come to this Pennzoil for all my Vehicles, i get full Synthetic Oil, i also come for all my Vehicles inspections, which are done quickly and effectively, but recently i came by for a refill on coolant. I want to thank Andy for all the help and service hes done on my vehicles, talk about professionals. I only wish i knew everyone name to give them their deserved credit. Highly Recommend Pennzoil for all your inspection and liquids and car washes!!!

I went in for an oil change and an employee greeted me. He was very polite and professional. The customers are not allowed to get off their vehicles, which is great because I had my daughter with me. The wait was minimal and the service was quick. He was even helpful with figuring out what the check engine light was about. Top-notch service at this place. All pros and no cons for me at this place.

My car was rattling,luckily my neighbor is a mechanic he checked it out and said I had no oil in my car. I told him I had just got oil change a week ago. He said they put wrong filter, cap was loose, all the oil spilled out.

Employee Andy was very courteous; vehicle inspection service was fast and he also gave a quick response to a question I asked regarding additional service they offer.

I TOLD MY WIFE TO GO TO THIS PLACE TO GET A TEXAS STATE INSPECTION. THE MAN TOLD MY WIFE TO GET IN TO BAY MY WIFE WAITED IN CUSTOMER LOUNGE. THEN THEY CHARGED HER 76.25. SHE TOLD THEM TO GIVE HER THE STATE INSPECTION SO SHE CAN GET PLATES GAVE HER A RECEIPT FOR AN OIL CHANGED. THEY TOLD HER THAT WAS HER RECEIPT FOR THE STATE. I THINK THIS BUSINESS IS HURTING TO MUCH TO CON PEOPLE IN THINKING THAT A STATE INSPECTION IS A OIL CHANGED. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE STATE. DONT GO THERE THEY ARE THE WORST CON PEOPLE TAKING ADVANTAGE ON HISPANIC WOMAN. YES THERE OIL CHANGED IS GOOD BUT TRICKING A CUSTOMER IS NO JOKE.BAN THIS PLACE DONT GO THERE....RODOLFO CISNEROS

I came in around noon on a Saturday. Virtually no waiting times and I was in and out of their garage within 20 minutes without even having to leave my vehicle! They had the extended courtesy to inform me that I needed a new oil pan and pulley tensioner belt. Keep up the great work!

Even though I spent more money than I planned (I just came in for an oil change) I was very happy with the services performed on my vehicle. For the young man who attended me, I believe his name was Andy, thank you for being so informative and helpful. He explained to me what my vehicle service intervals were and recommended accordingly. Over an hour wait for what normally wouldve been tops a 20 minute service for a simple oil change !Aside the oil change, Somehow they managed to accidentally break a cooling system line in my vehicle. As that became an unexpected event, in trying to repair, I had to sit there and witness all kinds of disrespect. Needless to say , the young man that actually broke the car part was sweet and seemed sincere & EXTREMELY worried about my lengthy wait. In his continued efforts working hard to fix my vehicle he was kindly apologetic.Meanwhile , the rest of the team displayed no professionalism whatsoever, including the man that appeared to be the Manager . I received a senseless & disgusted look with absolutely no common courtesy, as I tried to voice anything to him !In addition to the lack of carelessness from their superior , no action would be taking place in controlling the vulgar joking and unwelcoming behavior of foul language from all former employees being absolutely unproductive and disturbing for past the entire hour wait. Completely unacceptable, Never again !

This place is exactly what the name says. They are really a Pit Stop. Walmart was gonna take 2 to 3 hours for their oil change on my vehicle. These guys did the same 12 point inspection plus the oil change in less than 20 min. This place was well recommended. Good job guys!

I went by today & I was aware of new policy. Apparently you have to drive vehicle in yourself. Valente if that’s his name didn’t even care to explain about new policy. Plain rude so I went to another location & this guy was super nice about it. You guys just lost a costumer. All you needed to do was explain since this was new. Valente you were plain rude.

Great customer service! Very fast paced workers. The employee who attended me (Guillermo) was very polite and understanding. All the employees have a smile on there face, what they do need is some shade in this hot weather, But over all it’s a great place to get your oil change done!

My two daughters were asleep in the back of my vehicle, we needed an oil change, we did not want to wake them up, the guys working at this location allowed us to say in our vehicle without having to wake our girls up. The service was fast and the price of the oil was excellent. The reason why today Im giving this location 5 stars, is because they went above and beyond with their customer service. Went to wash my truck there and I was waiting for a while to be attended. A guy come out and starts screaming that they are busy and told meto pull over. Once he asked me what package I wanted, he just told me insert your payment in a very rude manner. Never going back again.

Best Laser car wash in town

Nice looking place, employees are respectful. The Carwash itself is not good. With the lower end washes you have water sprayed on your car with a little soap. Higher end washes give you a scrub down using brushes sitting in dirty soap buckets used on the previous car before you have more water sprayed on. I didn’t see any vacuums neither. I told the man at the front desk about the $7 wash still leaving dirt and he only offered an even cheaper wash option for free. I figured why stand there and argue with a worker doing what his boss told him to do. I won’t be coming back and I won’t recommend it.
