I called asking for assistance and this lady answered and said I had called the wrong number and I was explaining that they gave me this number and she just hanged up.How dare she?Very bad customer service.

They showed up three hours late to tow our truck we were stranded. They quoted us $800 to tow to Rush Trucks. When they got it there they demanded $1500 or they would impound our home. Do not use these crooks they should be ashamed!!
