Ive been coming here for years and most of the time had good experiences but like everything not everyone is good at their job. Luckily they take responsibility and fix problems they cause

Terrible service took my truck in for “the works” oil change and they said they couldn’t do tire rotation because they didn’t have tool to remove bolts! The room my car in for “the works” this time I checked everything before and after the service! They didn’t too off fluids, didn’t rotate tires, and didn’t check hoses and belts! Went to talk to employee and he said my fluids were too low to fill!!! And when I pointed out the ones that were just missing a bit he said well it’s pretty close to full!!! Was so mad they finally agreed to fill my fluids and actually washed the car this time!!! It took so much to convince them to do the fluids I forgot about the e tire rotation and belts!!! Make sure u check ur vehicles before and after for ur own good at least every other time to make sure they doing what ur paying for!!!

Have bought trucks from Tipton since ‘92...this month both my daughter and I each bought a 21 Ranger (2 Ranger’s)! No dealer in valley has staff like Tipton...Oscar in sales, Jason-sales manager,and Noelia-finance director! Anyone can sell something, but these people go all out to do what’s best for you! Nowhere but Tipton’s!

Front lady is amazing and always nice but the people in charge of the motors never help get car rental
