19+ years of being a client at this agency and all I have ever gotten is higher and higher rates. I have never gotten a call to ask how my claims went or if I need anything. The only calls that I get are to try and sell me more insurance. It is rather sad that I have chosen to stay for so long. Thats probably going to change soon.
