Even though I no longer live in the Valley, I still keep my insurance business there because Rick and his staff are AMAZING! We switched when my last agent retired several years ago and he made the process easy and seamless. He and his staff, especially Isela, are always there to answer questions. Our home and autos were recently impacted by a tornado. Rick and Isela made sure our claims were filed right away so that we were able to get our claim in early. They have tracked everything all along the way and tirelessly advocated for us. Amidst all the devastation, Rick and Isela have been a bright spot. Dealing with large insurance claims is always tedious but they have made this process as easy as it can be. They have our business indefinitely!

This agency is not helpful. I was assisted by a lady named Isela, she was assisting me in a quote a while back but I had to wait a long time and I saw she was rude to her employee. The lady was just distracted. I passed by the office on my way to work but after this visit I would never recommend this agency to anyone I know. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I asked for an appointment with the agent but it was not possible because he was supposedly out or town for the next weeks.

Very disappointed Ive been with this insurance for more than a year. My payment has been going up every three months. I spoke to the receptionist about it and She said Oh sorry about the reason for that is that Mr. Armendariz is opening a new office in Mercedes. 😠That really did it for me. Back to Allstate. #1 No Flat rate with State Farm or at least Mr. Armendariz office. 😡

One of the most organized and caring place i have ever steped foot in. Careing receptionists and get you what you need. Rick Armendariz is also very nice aswell and he meets your needs. I would recommend coming here and switching insurence componies and you will be proud of your choice.
