Horrible service and appointment scheduling!Do yourself a favor and call another appliance repair company. I don’t post feedback especially if it is not a positive review… I just needed to with this company. Make the time and do research to find a reputable appliance repair company before committing to this unprofessional company.

Wish I could do negative stars. Had them out in February while my husband was hospitalized to check out a microwave and refrigerator. We were Winter Texans living in a motor home so they required I have microwave removed in advance and freezer in bottom of fridge emptied. They charged $194+ to incorrectly diagnose each item. The primary tech did not speak English and the guy that did was slick. You sensed you were being taken. They told me they would take a charge card so I thought I was safe. When they came out they said no and demanded a check. I was very uncomfortable. Called manufacturers GE and Maytag and was provided proper diagnosis. Bought new GE microwave and Maytag sent parts for refrigerator. Mobile RV repair took care of the rest . Reported to Better Business Bureau. They would not respond to them. Called me once and said they would give my money back; they did not. This outfit is nothing more than a few con men taking advantage of Winter Texans and possibly others.

First of all THEY SHOULDNT GET NOT ONE STAR! THIS BUISNESS DOES NOT KEEP APPOINTMENTS NOR GIVE CUSTOMER A COURTESY CALL THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE THAT IS PROVIDED.

Very unprofessional!! Don’t even give you a courtesy call to tell you when they can be expected. Had them out four times. The first time just glanced at the machine and said they had to order the parts. Waited three days then waited all day for them again only to have them come in the late afternoon. The part didn’t fit!! Again another delay. Two days later, waited again all day, arrived almost at 5pm. Put in the part. Guaranteed it would work, we asked him to wait until we verified that it did. He didn’t want to wait saying it was going to work...we’ll it didn’t!! Unreliable... there’s no point calling this company. They are incompetent- they shouldn’t even be in this business.

Never answer their phone, was a no call no show after took day off from work. Very disappointing since they are contracted with Lowes-ask for a different repair company

Was given appointment 8am-4pm from Lowes extended warranty. Waited all day for these people. No call, no show, no answer to phone calls, unable to leave message.
