Ive only been here a short time and all I can say is that dealing with management is a nightmare. They dont answer the phone or return phone calls, according to her everything you say is a lie in her eyes. She does not know how to talk to people, I have no idea how they can have someone like that running day to day operations. The apartments are nice and fairly quiet, but trying to resolve an issue is the biggest hurdle youre going to face here. The property manager represents the whole facility, and with that being said 1 star is all its worth.

Worst property manager ever! Whoever put on here that shes a good manager is lying!! Every other comment that has a negative review is a reflection on how she treats customers. She needs a different career choice because customer service aint it! Regardless how fustrated u are with ppl, this is not just a business shes dealing with issues in regards to where people live and she could care less. Horrible horrible horrible lady with a smart mouth and a bad attitude!

Much appreciation for manager Hilda. Attentive and available at all times. She has made my first apartment move experience extremely smooth and pleasant.

The property manager is so sweet. She made this entire moving process easy, she is very professional, insightful, knowledgeable about this business, proficient and hard working.I love the property.

These property has really bad management, manager of the moment doesnt care of people living here. Be careful a worker from there is always taking pictures. They say its there job. Went to office to make claim of something and said they cannot do nothing, and the office they are always out (close).Alot of people complaint but are scared that they get kicked out of there. I think upper management or owners of these property should take a very good close before its too late.

I have like a month asking for help with the ac and they said it nothing i have a water bubble on the roof plus i have been going to the office and its always closed please help with management
