I went in for an emergency cut and wash and Bobby was great! I had recently tried some all natural products and Curly Girl method techniques and my hair was NOT having it. I had a great wash and a quick trim and she helped me pick out some products that would hopefully work better for me. Great service!

I spoke to get an appointment for my family and I, but who answered me did not want to give me an appointment because there were many of us and she sent me to another place that would attend me there, and I hung up! terrible service! they suck!

I took my daughter in to get a haircut and explore styles for her type of hair. Spoke to Jennifer who talked to my daughter like a young lady discussed numerous and different options and she listened to my daughter and together they came up with a plan and executed it. My daughter loves her hair looks fabulous, shiny and healthy. I would rate this business 5+ stars and I can only speak about the stylist named Jennifer, however, I think she manages the place and sets a great example for her employees

Anti masker only wore mask properly after I asked her to telling her my father is compromised. Tells me if youre not sick you shouldnt have to wear it, its people taking your freedoms away, and that wearing masks to keep the pandemic down is a matter of opinion.

I will NEVER go back to this salon or any other Fiesta, which is a shame because they were the only place I ever went. They charged my card twice for my cut & conditioning treatment (2 actual, posted charges, not pending transactions). I went into the salon & called Customer Service but no one seems to be willing to give me back the money they had no business taking from me in the first place. I just can’t justify giving my hard earned money to a company the clearly doesn’t care about its customers.If you do choose to go here, be sure you pay in cash.

Never had a better cut anywhere else. Really took the time to hear what I wanted. Made sure i felt super comfortable with everything discussed before continuing into the cut.

I got my hair done by Jennifer.. who is the salon manager. She did an AMAZING job and did exactly what I wanted with my hair. Definitely recommend this salon!!

Ive been coming here for years and have always had good service. For those that complain about the wait time, thats what you have to gamble with in a salon where they take walk ins. There is no way of knowing how long something will take - and I have seen plenty of people walk in for a haircut, and then change their mind to do something more involved, which then backs up the line. Ive never seen any of the staff be rude. Laurie and Sam are superb, and Ive always been happy here.

We came in around 12:20 and were told to come back around 12:45 and that is what we did. We noticed there was a NEW girl in the chair who came in AFTER we did and then the stylist told us it would be another 20-30 minutes. WE WAITED AN HOUR AND NEVER GOT OUR HAIR CUT! This same type of thing has happened to me 3 times now i am DONE with this place. They seemed to more focused on having conversations with friends than doing their jobs

I go for Ashley. she is the only person I trust with my hair. been cutting my own for years because everyone that touches my hair ruins it. she is amazing and on point with the cut i ask for. cant wait for my appointment tomorrow!!!!

Worst haircut in my life. I hope google has negative score for review. Will never go back. The barber who did haircut for me does not even have the most basic skill.

Went and had my hair dyed and cut. My stylist was very patient with me as I tried to make up my mind what color I wanted. It was worth every penny.

Yes, this place is great for fixing ur hair style before a special event. To understand ur asking for in a hair cut. For people that have not been there in a while, they do accept scheduled appointments and walk-ins. They also seem to b more selective in regards to theyre hires. I would recommend them for all ages.

My mom usually comes here to get her hair done every 5/6 months or so and this particular occasion she needed her hair dyed and cut before leaving on vacation. Since it wasnt a difficult cut/dye she planned on walking in, which never had any issues before. We came in during the afternoon and there was only one stylist here already doing a girls hair. Im pretty sure it was a Friday night? Either way, why on Earth was there only ONE stylist here? She seemed really flustered when we asked about a walk in. Poor girl.Ended up being forced to go somewhere else even though she planned on getting her hair done at fiesta

Ashley grimes does an Amazing job on any style or color I ask her to do. She is upfront and honest with you when you ask her for opinions on what to do and is always happy to help

The last lady who did my eyebrows did a terrible job... I had like 10 hairs that should have been waxed off/tweezered off that were still in my head. She was too busy talking to her friend to even attempt conversation with me, which also affected her ability to wax eyebrows.

I can not say enough about Ashley! Ive had my hair done by so many hair stylists and have never been 100% happy with my hair UNTIL I stopped into Fiesta Salon in Brownsburg IN! I showed Ashley exactly what I wanted and she went above and beyond what I expected! I loved what she did and she made my idea come to life! I was 100% happy when I left the first time and every single time Ive stopped in to get my hair done! Shes a hidden gem! Im soooo thankful I found her! Shes AMAZING!! She cuts my hair perfectly everytime and she colors it exactly how I want it every. single. time! If you are in need of a great hair stylists, go ask for Ashley! You will not be disappointed! Shes kind and amazing at what she does!

Totally botched my 3 year olds hair. Ive never cut hair and her hair cut looks worse than it would have if I attempted to cut it myself. Very disappointed and sad. Thankfully hair eventually grows back.
