Loved the animals and the workers. Marie saw us looking at the goats and gave us some food for all the animals. The lake was close and the covered area on the shore was beautiful. The cabin itself is nice but a little odd. The rooms on the main floor and loft didnt have ceilings, almost like cubicles. It was especially noticable on the loft because the wall ended about 10 ft below the ceiling. That being said, the majority of the beds are in the basement where the rooms have ceilings. There were a few maintenance issues I noticed like a broken ceiling fan and burnt out lightbulbs. There are flies, but its a house next to a barn so thats to be expected. I should also mention that the wifi was spotty.Overall I would highly recommend the cabin despite the mentioned inconveniences. I had a really fun time.

Beautiful place. Love the animals

Such a great place to gather and enjoy time together. Our kids loved the lake and the animals. The only complaint is that the cabin is very echoey, and its hard for our baby to take naps with all the cousins around playing.
