Always a good experience. Sometimes the tax person may not be as knowledgeable about complex stock transactions but they know when to ask for help. Also, the cost seems to be going up every year. This year it cost $500 which is rivaling some competitors and private accountants. I like the piece of mind insurance.

We recently to moved to the Brownsburg area. I know that H & R Block is a reputable company. I was assigned to Tanya due to her real estate knowledge. We sold our primary residence and rental and also purchased a new home. Tanya was friendly and knowledgeable. She was also patient. I had a few papers that I needed to find. She also completed my return very quickly.

I loved working with the consultant - however, the fee for having a 1099 was far above what it should have been. I understand the other fees, but paying almost $300 for an hour-long consultation was a little much! Tanya was amazing though - kind, helpful, personable, and sensible. I truly feel I received the best refund I possibly could have.

They were very friendly and I love the work they do, very professional and I only trust them to do my taxes, Ill be a client for life

Oppon first glance this place seemed alright. But from the second they received my w2 I had issues. The Lady couldnt figure out which form I had to fill for a drop off finally got everything squared away after about 45 min. I was told my return would be done the next day (thursday). Giving them the benefit of the doubt I gave them until tues the following week. Called them and they couldnt find my return. Finally they found it (on Wed) and started on it assuring me it would be complete thursday. Come Thursday no call. I called them once again and they assured me that it would be done by Saturday. So I called them Saturday they stated it would be done Mon. Needless to say I picked up my w2 and will be taking my business elsewhere. I highly recommend not using h&r block in brownsburg indiana. Not even one apology after all of this.

Great service and great performance and excellent quality

Julie Crist is the woman to see about getting taxes done. I went in not rhinking I was getting much of a return. I wont say how much she got me , but it was a shocker. I will be returning to see her in the future for sure. This was my 1st year at H&R block. I usually have my sister do them on TurboTax. Wanted to see a professional because of my recent job switch.
