Walt was probably as real and honest as your going to get! I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor who had the knowledge and expertise as what Walt had! He went out of his way to help my wife and I achieve our goal of purchasing a home that we could re model and live in! Which in this case involved looking at homes that might not necessarily bring in the big bucks for a realtor! Not one time did I ever feel Walt pressure me into something that I felt uncomfortable with if anything everything he said or recommended, I agreed with and listened too! He also is always available and if he isn’t, he gets back with you incredibly fast! If your in the market on either buying or selling, I highly recommend Walt!
